Do not order online from MAC. Placed my order April 8th, it's been over a month now (May 9th). I have only received one item from the order and after speaking with customer service, they cant give me any idea when i can expect the rest of my order. These were items i need for my everyday makeup kit. Don't recommend ordering online from this company. Poor order filling time and zero idea when I will get my items. I will order elsewhere or shop MAC in store only moving forward.

I bought a Movado watch four years ago ,no pay protection. But two years ago same watch got problems, went to there . They said you pay protection $49.99 right now ,you can get free fix and your watch all life battery change is free, so I paid .yesterday my watch battery died . I went there this morning,One short brown skin face , she said she is boss, could not free change battery for me, have to pay $50 for change battery,I don’t know who lie , but I don’t buy anything there
