I loved this place enough to travel from out of town because of their great service-to find out today that there is no public restroom and that it has been out of order for two years, brings about a couple of questions. A) you are a hardware store and you can’t fix this? and B) does management care that little about their customers?

Looooove everyone in this place! Well, almost. The managers are super grumpy and unfriendly but Bob is usually helpful at least. The others, Spencer (looks like Morgan Wallen) and Jackson and Will and I can’t remember the other names but truly, THE BEST customer service in allllll the land. They aren’t sure? They will pick up the phone and call the manager in Frankfort, if they need to! I mean, you think the big box stores would be doing that?? ?I just wish they had more of what I’m looking for but, I realize that’s one reason why they’re so much better. I buy as much or as often as I can with them. I’m sale and coupon motivated though and they aren’t as generous with those as they used to be which is a factor sometimes. I don’t mind to pay the price difference but there’s something about feeling like I’m “saving”.

Oh how i wish this store would be closer to home! I would make it my second home. Lovely, friendly, cheerful people who helped me find what I needed. Keep it up! ACE seems to be one of a few remaining stores with sane and healthy employees for sane customers. Keep it up! ❤❤❤
