Was referred by a trusted source to go to Lucky’s for rims and tires, glad I listened! A gentleman named Keiron assisted me in finding what would work best for my truck not only in appearance but reliability in performance. I've read and heard so many horror stories about rims that I was extremely nervous. My truck is brand new and, with any expensive asset, it made me nervous that there could be damage. Keirons positive attitude and knowledge information eased my anxiety. They were extremely busy and worked with me due to work. I dropped off my truck on Saturday morning at 9am and by 11am it was ready. I was so excited that I took off an hour early and when I saw my truck… ? I immediately fell in love with the tires! I kept asking if that was my truck because it looked AMAZING!!
They also offer a 6 month same as cash!! I’m extremely satisfied with the services I received. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and considerate. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my rims and how good they look. Thanks to Lucky’s!! Will definitely be using Lucky’s for all my truck needs!

My boss took his truck there and they messed it up tires almost fell off did not refine front end we missed a weeks work because of bad work I will not recommend them to no one

Now that windshield tinting in Kentucky is legal I can finally post this. I overall had a pretty shitty experience at this shop a couple months ago. I wanted my windshield tinted and the only positive thing was they were able to get me in the same day I called. As for the cons. I was quoted 2 different prices only to be slapped in the face when the time came to pay. I wanted the ceramic tint which is more expensive so I knew what I was getting myself into. When I first called and they quoted me $225 + additional $25 to remove my As-1 line strip. I dropped off my car and fast forward they called me to tell me it was done to only just now telling me “cash only since windshield tint is illegal and it was $300! I didn’t have cash on me so I asked if I can pay by card. They said I could but will be charged a fee. I show up ready to pay and they said cash only we don’t accept card, windshield tint is illegal, there’s an atm at the liquor store down the road. I was livid. My original budget of around $250 that turned into $300 already left a bad taste in my mouth, now they say I can’t pay with card even though over the phone they did. I felt taken advantage of. I ended calling a family member to take me to a bank and borrowed some money to pay. I asked for a receipt and you’d expect it “ windshield tint is illegal so I can’t give you a receipt”I get my car back and inspect it and along the right side the whole edge was not lay down properly I had to squeegee it myself. Attached is what it looks like today, there is some bubbles I wasn’t able to get out and I’m kinda if a skeptical if they even gave me ceramic tint. End of story, please stay away from this shop! I would recommend wildcat instead.

I feel very bad about the work done. They charged me $300 for a 2 hour job which was half done. I took my radio to change the one I had and they did not install the rear camera; After 2 hours they told me that they had put parts of them and that if I wanted to finish the work it would be tomorrow and two more hours (another 300) Bo I plan to never return to that place. I put a star to let me publish but I really don't think they deserve any

I had a vehicle tinted at Lucky's on 8/13. I had an appointment for 11:00. Arrived and checked in around 11:05. As of 1:00, my vehicle had not moved. I made it apparent to Brian during check in that I was a "waiter" as I traveled from Mt. Sterling and didn't have a ride. He was on the phone while checking me in and didn't seem very focused.
I check in at the desk again at 1:00, ensuring that they had not forgotten about me. Steven was at the desk at that time, (he was not there when I checked in), and Steven was very apologetic and had my vehicle pulled in within 5 minutes, and vehicle was completed in around 90 minutes from that point.
The quality of work was great. This is the 2nd or 3rd vehicle they've done for me. My main gripe is waiting 2 hours for my vehicle to get pulled in despite having an appointment 24 hours prior. No sense of urgency from Brian.. but again it was nice that Steven took some care in getting me in once he was aware there was an issue.
5 stars for quality of work, but 3 stars for lack of urgency on an appointment.

Took my Denali there. Worst mistake ever. Was told several times by other people to not go there. I went anyway. Charged me almost $5,000 for work they preformed. Said they would give me a 4inch lift. Looks like it was a leveling kit with clamps in the back. Never aligned my front end and wore my tires completely out and won't do anything to help. Literally lied and said they told me I had to take it somewhere else for the alignment after I gave them almost 5k. They absolutely did not tell me to go anywhere else! Also removed my factory mud flaps which are over $100 a piece and never gave them back and wouldn't return my phone call. Literally destroyed my front tires and said it was my fault. Said they would sale me more. Worst experience ever.

Took my vehicle here and never received the parts back that they took off it, didn’t align the front end after putting wheels and tires on it and Keiron lied and said he told me I had to get my own alignment after I paid them to do it. Talked to 2 employees, the first one said it was aligned and the next one said it wasn’t. NEVER GO TO LUCKYS!!! I WOULDNT TAKE MY BICYCLE THERE NOW

I ordered a convertible soft top for my Jeep, the install was not complete until after closing, no one showed us anything about the top, I did not sign anything. When we went to take the top down we discovered that we had gotten the wrong top. When I called the store I got no assistance, finally talked to the owner he basically said it’s my tough luck, offered no solution at first but finally said he would see if the manufacturer would do anything to help, still have not heard back. Definitely will not be going back.

The team was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Thanks to them my husband's 2022 Ford 450 Super duty has new rims and tires!! I highly recommend them for anything you need done to your vehicle!

2019 Denali was took to them had a lift kit put on it and they messed it completely up. They didn't align it and it wore out my new tires that was $1000 messed my window tint up, and didn't even put half the bolts back. Took to another garage and they jacked up and tires fell off. Didn't get my mud flaps back.
