Very difficult to purchase what you need at this store. Long wait times for someone to help in flooring and doors departments. Customer service is extremely rude, not helpful and doesn’t communicate with other departments (has happened on last 3 trips) Lots of difficulty with Hamburg location losing our large orders, can’t find in system even with printed receipt, not communicating on pickup (even though we called weekly for updates), and poor customer service to remedy their mistakes. We have made Several trips ourselves and our contractor to attempt to pick up orders. Each time they can’t seem to find, paired with an hour wait, and still couldn’t get order picked up. Not sure we will be using this Lowe’s for the remainder of our home remodel. Sorry we spent money with them on the first half of flooring, drywall, and paint.

Very unprofessional customer service. I requested assistance in the outdoor garden section for a product. Judy informed me that, "What we got is what we got. If it's not in the corner we don't have it." I tried to give benefit of the doubt and assume Judy was having a bad day and attempted to ask for assistance from other employees. One told me she couldn't look online and redirected me to Judy after I told the employee that Judy wasn't helpful. Judy informs me in a loud and confrontational tone that "I already told you if you don't see it we don't have it!" I told her in a neutral tone that she wasn't being helpful. She then said, "Have a nice day!"
I don't mind when a store is out of a product but there is a way to attempt to help without the rude and confrontational behavior.

We bought a few rolls of sod. They had plenty and it had even been watered!. They had all.kinds of plants and veggies and flowers! Line moved fast even.

The Lowes in Paintsville, Ky is one of the nicest, and their employees are so willing to help you with any needs. I've been in a lot of Lowes stores, and this one is top-notch. The cabinet and countertop department is the very best in the state. So, if you are looking to buy cabinets or countertops, you should go to Lowes in paintsville and talk to Sankie he knows his job very well and so pleasant to work with. He will take care of you, and I promise you, you will be thankfully you did.

I had to deliver plants and flowers on the weekend. They do not recieve on weekends. Luckily they did. 12 different locations throughout Tennessee and Kentucky and not all of them were very happy to unload product but, they did cooperate.
