Just want to say these guys are awesome. In a day and age where everyone is trying to rip you off, you rarely get honesty from people, especially in the car selling/ car mechanic/repair world.
I’ve been doing business with Lowells for over 20 years. They always do what they say they are going do and they don’t nickel and dime you. They give an honest assessment and an honest repair. I absolutely recommend these guys to anybody who needs to have their car looked at bc again they are honest and fair. That’s 2 of the the best qualities you could have. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!!!

If you own a Toyota any Toyota this is where you must have it serviced. These folks have the knowledge to tackle any issue big or small. They get it right and you will save some money in the process.

Had Lowell's work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma the week after new years. I had a list of general maintenance items that I wanted done. Before they did any of the items, they called me and informed me that 2 of the items were not needed. They said the rear brake shoes were only 40% worn and that I did not need an oil pan gasket, but only needed an oil pan plug gasket which cost a little over a dollar. They took care of the other items to my satisfaction and probably save me a few hundred dollars on the total bill.I would definitely recommend Lowells to anybody. Excellent work at a very fair price and I appreciate their honesty.

They are the Toyota specialists par excellence! I have someone here in Georgetown who does a great job with oil changes for my Prius.For everything else, I go to Lowell's. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable.

I've used them for several repairs both large and small. They charge to do diagnostics but their work is top notch. They also provide a 3 yr, 36,000 mile guarantee when most places just do a 1 yr, 12,000 mile guarantee. There is an option for a loaner vehicle so I don't have to wait until the work is done.

They had my repair done on time and correctly. Car drives great now. Price was on track with other shops. But it was the 3 year warranty that made me choose this shop. Will return for future needs.
