Great experience. We visited, tried out different options in the showroom, and left with a quote. Then we came back later that day and after finalizing our preferences, we bought a couch! Exciting! Having the wooden blocks to choose a layout and see possibilities was really great.

We love our LoveSac! It took a bit to put together, and there was a piece messed up - but our store already ordered a new piece for us, so beyond that everything went smoothly.The set up time was well worth the comfort. It's not that it's HARD to set up - just time consuming.Family couch snuggles were super important to us - and my kid (and the rest of us) rate it 5 stars for snuggles!!!!!!Will be adding to our couch as our budget allows.

Although I didn't buy anything here, the woman running the store was very nice. She noticed my boyfriend's excitement over the couch that had speakers/subs in it and gave us a full demonstration. She also gave us a quote with a swatch to take home and consider.

Tanner was super incredible and patient with us playing with the blocks was a game changer and helping us make final decisions. Also we even added an additional seat and he added more blocks and took pictures and shared we agreed with the picture and ordered the pieces it was a great experience. Going into the showroom and trying out the different types of materials and comfort on the cushion was excellent. Our packages are on the way he was right within 1 to 2 weeks. I will update this in a year on how things are going.... Super excited..... Also we are very plus size 300 lb have had terrible luck with regular furniture so trying out modular for the first time. Super pumped to give it a shot.
