I have always loved shopping at this location. However if the store manager Kaitlyn isn't there it is no longer a pleasant experience. Aside from Kaitlyn, no one is friendly and they act like they are miserable working there. You ask a question and its like you are bothering them or they take no interest in truly helping you.

The staff are always helpful, especially with directing me to a specific fit and cut of pants. They appear to be practicing good pandemic safety - everyone was wearing masks and when there were more then a few people standing around and chatting in the dressing room area, they very politely asked that anyone who didn't need a dressing room head back out into the store so everyone could maintain a safer distance from each other.

I've always loved shopping here, but today's experience was worth posting about. I ordered an online order for curbside pick up and forgot to check the store hours before getting in the car to pick up the order. I arrived right at 6 to see an employee locking the door. She saw me immediately, opened the door and asked to help me (not even knowing if I was trying to shop or pick up an order). She was able to retrieve my order and send me on my way. I know this act of kindness seems so small, but it made my day! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I personally didn't like it. Being a plus sized girl they do advertise plus size clothing on the website as well as in store. Everything I looked at there was no plus. Not the store for me

Where to start? I've been a loyal fan of the Loft almost since the beginning. I generally love the clothing, especially for my new, retired casual lifestyle. The stars for this review have almost nothing to do with the brand but deal solely with the staff in this store. I've never before walked into a Loft/Ann Taylor store and not been greeted or even acknowledged. Neither of the two women in this store spoke a word to me until I was ready to make my purchase. No attempt was made by the clerk (whom I believe was named Alecia?) to determine if I'd found what I was looking for. Rather, her first word to me was, 'phone number?' I then explained I'd ordered a dress online for in-store pick up. She sighed and went to fetch said dress. As my credit card was processing, she, I'm not exaggerating, PICKED UP HER PHONE, I assume to complete the text she had been engaged with when I approached. I think a serious need for coaching exists in this store. Will I return? Yes, to return one off the dresses I bought. Will I say anything negative about Loft in general? No. Will I post my dismal experience? Yes! In any forum I find!

Located in Hamburg Pavilion area, this is one of my favorite women's clothing places to shop. It's always so convenient to get in and out of and everything is always so organized. I wouldn't describe the clothing as inexpensive, and I have to mention that the sales and clearance items at this location are much far fewer than the other Lexington Loft location in Lexington Green. I love the styles and selections that they carry but I've bought a few things that have torn up and snapped after only a few wears. Also, I bought a pair of black pants that was made of a denim material and they faded badly. They are now almost a gray.

I love this store-but the manager is not very helpful or customer friendly. I was double charged for a recent purchase and it was very difficult to have the money refunded to my account. I will not shop at this store again.
