Usually have great interactions in store, but had the worst experience with the manager, Tim on the phone. Hung up on me mid-question during a quick (less than 1 minute), very polite conversation, then called back and he pretended not to hear me and just held onto the phone breathing into it for a minute before hanging up again.
Instead of going through all of that, he could have just answered the question and avoided the additional call that was still left unanswered.
Billy, you rock with your courtesy answering the phone. Thank you.

Stop at 2 gas stations looking for blue Moon beer couldn't find it, so decide to go to liquor barn walked in to the walk in freezer did not see my beer and it was hotter in the freezer than it was in the store

Racist employees! My husband and I entered and ask the guy near the entrance if we could take some boxes because we are moving. He kindly told us we could each have 5. It’s their policy 5 per person per day. Understandable policy as I am sure they get many people who ask. He then directed us to the boxes. While getting the boxes a lady came out and rudely told us we could only have 5. We understood so weren’t going to fight because we didn’t even require that many. When walking away she told we also have to buy something. Again, no issue because it’s still cheaper than buying boxes. Not even 1 min later she sends another employee out to tell us the limit and that we had to buy something. We weren’t doing anything wrong and weren’t causing a disturbance even though it was clearly an issue with my husbands race. So embarrassing to have other customers keep directing their attention to us like we were stealing or something. We left without the boxes just because of the way we were treated. I have been a customer there for years. I will definitely not ever give them my business again. It’s free to be kind.
