I'm done. Weeks ago, Leslie Shoulders told me she would call my doctor's office to switch my cpap supplies back over to Lincare. My machine and mask are updated (Leslie knows this, and that I needed a new mask cushion), so when the call center jingles they are unable to fill updated orders until she does her part. I waited 3 weeks, and since then have called Leslie 3 times waiting a courtesy week inbetween each call. It's pretty obvious I'm not going to get a call from her, but the call center still loves to uselessly contact me. I'm off the merry-go-round with a poor review. BAD business.

My mom’s oxygen concentrator machine quit at 2:30 pm today. I made the call and the lady on there after hours line got me hooked up with there delivery man Barry. Barry called me within 2 minutes and had new concentrator here and hooked up within a hour. Great Service and Great People. Thanks

Zero stars if I could. Have been waiting for 4 weeks for the correct wheelchair so my husband can move around our house. The one they gave us is too wide for our interior doors. Four weeks is absurd!

My son uses oxygen, and we moved to Kentucky a few months ago. We have never had such an issue with communication in the two previous states we lived in and rented tanks. We were charged for an item for three months we do not have. I called and talked to the lady there. She said yes I know he doesn't have that because it doesn't work for his issue. She said she would contact the company and rerun the bill. I asked her to contact me with the new balance. I was never contacted and they just ran the payment for the amount in question. I am beyond angry that I wasn't called or told that the amount would be processing. Someone call me ASAP.

My mother gets her oxygen from here. This plase has been nothing but a hasle to her we have to go all the way to Lexington to get it ourselfs that is of she wants to wait on it and take the chancenof running out. They have even lied and said it was delivered once and she never got any we had to get a tank or a few from friends otherwise she would of been screwed. We got to go tomorrow so ill let you know how that trip goes. Write a review about this upcoming trip!!!! But the lady that did help her was very nice and helpful!!

My family and I went on a vacation out of state and Lincare made sure that when I arrived Oxygen was waiting for me. The day that we left, they were there to pick it up. Making my vacation absolutely effortless. They were wonderful to work with.

Used Lincare for medical equipment for a patient and Joey was pleasant efficient and knowledgeable in the equipment delivered. I appreciate his ability to explain all the aspects if the service provided with billing insurance and use of equipment. Your company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. He can make all our deliveries!!!

Don't do any work for them if you are a contractor. You WILL NOT GET PAID!!!!!! That's great that Lincare is sending me a number but it does no good to call since you owe Decker Down contracting over a thousand dollars and we have contacted the attorney general. Thank you
