They wont pick up the phone. Purchased a unit through the kiosk, wouldnt allow us access. Cant get ahold of anyone. Edit because I cant make a reply: Called multiple times yesterday as well, long story short your guy's biggest problem is picking up the phone, check your other reviews that's what everyone else says too.

As previous said, they can be difficult to reach. Prorated cost was solidified in initial conversation but then questioned once it got time to do so. Not their responsibility, but I had valuables stolen so be sure to use the circular locks or better.

I have used this storage place once before. Very clean and very secure. Well lit in some parts. Could use some more lighting. I like that you can pay on line or at the site. But their automated system needs more work at the site. Too many glitches. Overall I think this an awesome place for storage.
