Well my boyfriend rented a unit this morning paid and then goes to enter code for gate and it said no access to storeage area now we just setting waiting till they respond with how to fix this issue. Then I see all these negative reviews and thinking maybe this place wasn't a good choice.

I used this facility for two years. Storage units are great, but management is horrible. They have a 24 hour kiosk which lets you rent a unit and manage your payments at any time of the day which is convenient, but that makes it so the people who own and operate this place don't have to physically do anything to manage it.This reached a head, as many reviews have pointed out, in recent months when the facility was damaged due to a storm. For weeks I needed to access items in my unit and they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to emails. It's completely understandable that a natural disaster damaged your business and you can't operate, but if you don't have the decency to communicate with your customers about the progress being made and when they can access their belongings again, that's just spineless.I will at least give them credit for crediting renters a month of rent for the month we couldn't access our units, but still.Now I have vacated my unit, and I am trying to reach out to them to inform them of such and have them stop billing me. But they won't answer the phone, the voice mailbox is full, they won't answer emails, and you can't do this online.Take your business to a corporate-owned storage chain with more consistent service.

Please don’t rent from this company. My daughter is in college and rent and unit did not went to the unit for 2 months and when she did someone had broke until the unit and took the most value things she had. We call the police got a report but was never able to reach anyone over the phone at the office.. please go somewhere else that they will protect you belongings.

Terrible. I have rented a unit for over a year now with no issues. I show up today to get my kids outside toys, and my lock is gone and another lock is in its place. I am paid in full. I can't reach ANYONE.

We rent one for storage of doors because I don't have a place to store them until I have enough to take off but for the last month can't even get into the gat not acceptable so here I'm backing a trailer into on coming traffic because the gate won't open time for different storage

Processed my payment but kiosk did not print anything. So now I'm stuck. Management or no one answers. I would recommend elsewhere.

I like the self serve portion of the unit but I went the other day and there were no more available units. Which is not their fault because if they are sold out they're sold out

This storage sent a 30 day notice of rent increase. I can see $5 or $10 but they have increased my storage rate by $40 with a 30 day notice. Geeshhhhhhh I will have to find another storage. No way can I afford to pay a $40 increase.

I cannot get “moved out” because no one will answer the phone and the voicemail box is full. I have called multiple times per day for four days straight and cannot reach anyone. I have also sent two emails with no response. My storage unit has been empty for days and I assume I’m still being charged and will get a bill for a unit I’m not using. When exiting the facility it says to call them to “move out” on their sign. This is terrible customer service and seems to be a scam to take people’s money…how can you stop being charged if you can’t reach anyone to end your service? I do not recommend anyone using this “business”.

Extremely poor service by management. I rented a unit and got the reservation number. I drive to storage and spent over two hours trying to get the reservation honored. I call repeatedly the call center. The call center tells me that they have escalated my situation and management will call in 15 minutes.The management never ever called me.

I rented a place with them about a week ago. I got the wrong size and called for a whole day, left messages and no answer. We needed to get our stuff into storage quick and got a bigger size the next day. I have called everyday since and left emails explaining my situation and still have not heard back from anyone!! I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because when I did talk to the owner he was very nice and worked with me. Also, because of COVID-19. Now, it is getting ridiculous and I’m paying for two units when this should have been taken care of promptly.If anyone has any other contact information other than the website phone number and email, it will be greatly appreciated!

After hours computer rented the wrong size unit that was tiny at full price for a 5x10. Reservation went to the wrong location. But after a quick phone call, the issue was cleared up promptly and professionally.
