I was very happy with my service up until I was robbed. I was away from work for approximately a year. I had a family member check in my storage unit. they informed me that my lock had been cut and many items had been taken. I was not informed of this theft by the company even though they were aware of the issue as many other units had been broken into. I am now out a few family heirlooms because if this. The security was unfortunately lacking and the communication of the theft was non existent. I'm very upset about my family heirlooms being stolen

We are from out of state and needed a place for our daughter’s big items over the summer. Lexington Mini Storage was the perfect option. Close to campus, clean, easily accessible, affordable and responsive to emails. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

I’ve used this company for the last three years, and I Will highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. My daughter is at the University of Kentucky. We are out of state, and I was able to reserve a unit every year via email and phone calls.

I have rented from Lexington Mini Storage twice and both times had exceptional experiences. The units are clean, climate controlled, easy to access, located in a safe/secure area and are managed well. The location is close to the UK campus which has been very convenient for moving items not needed to be transported back home. I highly recommend.

This place was awesome with very friendly, professional customer service. It is incredibly clean, easy to access, and even has carts to help with your move from the car to the unit. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for short or long term storage.

You don't have access to your unit 24/7!!!!! Alot of these other storage places do! And LMS here decided to raise the price of rent during the height of the pandemic 2020-2021! And some of them units don't measure out to what it says on paper. Folks, bring a tape measure! Your welcome.
