Highly recommend anyone seeking a faith-based education for their children to tour and consider LCA. Incredible school with solid administration, teachers, coaches and families involved in the Christian education of students. Our son was there for 4 years but we have been connected as employees, friends and more. A+ institution!

The school is professionally run with very competent administrators and strong technology support. The sports programs are excellent and supplement academic learning and personal development. The curriculum is challenging with opportunity for advanced placement and partnering with two colleges for education beyond High School. The curriculum is not the narrow Classical Christian Education. Faith and bible teaching does provide a foundation for lifelong learning.

It is well known among the student body that the school is not truly Christian, they are just several local business leaders trying to capitalize off of the religious. Their former headmaster used to proudly brag about the school being a business first and foremost. If you want your kids to go somewhere where their top priority is draining you of your money, go to LCA. If you actually want your children to receive a quality education, look somewhere else

We enrolled our kids in preschool at Lexington Christian Academy and were so happy we couldn’t imagine ever leaving. Despite our initial plans for them to attend public schools, after one year at LCA, we knew this is where we wanted them to graduate. For us, LCA goes way beyond providing a good education for our kids, it is helping instill a strong Christ-centered foundation in their lives. The love that surrounds my kids at LCA is evident at all levels. The teachers and staff get to know all of the students and go above and beyond to provide a happy and safe environment to learn. The greatest testament is probably that my kids love school and truly can’t wait to go every morning!

I am a former LCA student and attended the school for 4 1/2 years. My time at LCA was a living Hell. I experienced bullying from both students and teachers. LCA is a growth place for mental illness, but they don’t offer any support to students other than to just “pray about it.” The academics aren’t worth the distress they cause. I received a much better academic education and social environment at a different private school in Lexington. If I could rate LCA 0 stars I would.

Visited here for a sporting event. Admission higher than every other local high school. Bottled water $2. People coming to support youth athletes shouldn’t be overcharged.
