I love this vet office so much! The front desk receptionist is the sweetest lady ever!! You can just tell that she loves her job and loves animals to her core! Also the techs and vets on staff are very detail oriented, communicate throughly, and always put so much care into what they do. I highly recommend having Lexington Animal Clinic as your primary pet care source

I can’t say enough about Dr. Sheets and his team at Lexington Animal Clinic. I brought my 19-year-old Persian Siamese cat to the vet to be treated for an upper respiratory infection. At that age it’s a very serious situation. Dr. Sheets and his team of Dalton and Cheryl took such great care of Max. They nursed him back to good health and treated him as if he was a newborn kitten. We realized, too, that Max still had some fight in him. I highly recommend Dr. Sheets, Dalton and Cheryl. They went above and beyond in treating my senior cat as if he was a younger cat or kitten that needed help. I truly appreciate it. Lexington Animal Clinic is simply the best. :)

Dr. Sheets does a through exam and walks you through everything he is inspecting and telling you how your dog is doing. I have not experienced this elsewhere. The whole staff is very kind, they are easy to get ahold of, they have answered any random questions I've had and have an excellent reminder system for shots that are needed. I even like their vet records more haha. The price is very fair for the experience. The shots themselves are priced similarly to other veterinary clinics. Having been here several times now, I've never seen another animal booked as the same time as me. Which has created a very positive experience and my dog has never been stressed visiting here (like they were at another clinic).

I take my dog Penguin, and my cats Puffin and Kiwi to Lexington Animal Clinic. I have always been so impressed with their vet techs and Dr Sheets in the way they handle my kiddos, their knowledge, their friendliness, and they go above and beyond.Most of the time if I have an issue arise, I'm able to call and get my kid in the day of or the next day, which is awesome. Dr. Sheets recently performed dental surgery on my girl and they kept me very informed, walked me through the whole process before and after, and I trust them entirely.My dog is my service dog, so her health and wellness also directly impact my own. I am picky about whom I let her be treated and worked on by and I am extremely happy with everyone at Lexington Animal Clinic. Best vet in town- I recommend them to everyone!

I cannot recommend Dr. Sheets, Dalton, & the whole Crew at Lexington Animal Clinic any more! I’ve tried so many vets when my Newfoundland Roman was a puppy & none reach the level of kindness, affordableness, & just genuine care for him that Dr. Sheets gives. I’ll never go anywhere else!

My dog Zoe was diagnosed with bone cancer, and my vet said she was too old to amputate her leg. As the tumor progressed, it was causing her a lot of pain, and the doctor hinted that it was time to put her down. I went to Dr. Sheets for a second opinion, and he said that geriatric patients still deserve the best care and that it is a myth that old dogs cannot undergo anesthesia. It has now been almost three weeks since he amputated Zoe’s leg, and she is doing better than ever! I am so happy to know that she isn’t in pain anymore and that I still have more time with my childhood dog. Thank you, Dr. Sheets!

We absolutely love Lexington Animal Clinic! After relocating to Lexington from Tennessee, we feel right at home here. My pups love this place and they provide the best care! My youngest pup had an allergic reaction to some vaccines and they were very prompt about getting her back and providing meds to make her feel better!! My oldest pup has gotten his teeth cleaned here and they were amazing at monitoring and making sure he was safe. Could not recommend this place enough!!
