I have been using Lex Express I would say close to a year now, they always get my car super clean especially with me having all the dogs. What’s even better? They come to your house so you don’t have the worry of taking it somewhere. Anyone who needs car detailing - they are your people. Also they know me by name so it’s superior customer service.

We took our Volvo to get an Express Plus Detail at the office in Lexington as they don't service Winchester/Clark County. Paul is great and booking was super easy. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Paul when I dropped the vehicle off. The prices are great for what is offered, but the finished product was very lackluster.The car had visible dirt on the rims (explained as oxidation when I called to follow up, but it was just dirt and could be wiped off with my finger), the rear window was never cleaned, it still had visible dirt on the body of the exterior (not from the clay bar, the car was still just dirty), and a few other places of note. A follow up appointment was made and LED offered to come to our home in Winchester, but I later cancelled the day of as I felt it wasn't worth their time/travel.For $300 I'd expect a vehicle to be well taken care of, similar to the other reviews that have been left. Maybe we came to LED on an off day, but will definitely not be bringing any of our cars back. You could spend $40 at Soft Suds in Winchester and come out with better results than what we ended up with.

Lex Express Detailing and owner Paul are the best experience with customer service I have had in a long time. When so many large companies out there don't care about the casual consumer, Paul goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers.Lex Express was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and helped with providing great information from the start. When I had additional questions their responses were quick and helpful. We had ceramic coating done on one vehicle and as it was our only car, they came out and got it and brought it back the next day.When I had additional questions about the maintenance and care (specifically if I could go to a specific car was in Lexington) not only did Paul call the car wash to find out the soap type they used but he came out and did another inspection of the quality of his work. He then told me that I could use that car wash and they would inspect again at the original scheduled date and if there was deterioration they would apply the coating again free of charge!Lex Express is an amazing company and I highly recommend them. It is hard to find quality, reliability, and businesses that have high dedication to their customers, but Paul and Lex Express are a shining example of this.

Very communicative and professional! Attempted to detail in absolutely freezing weather and were very proactive when we needed to reschedule to detail in their shop to get out of the cold :) great job removing dog hair too!!

Excellent service! Easy to schedule/communicate with, and did a phenomal job on my car, which was a tough job thanks to all the dog hair and dirt from hiking with my 70lb pup. Highly recommend them and looking forward to getting another cleaning soon!

They are the Best!! I had a smelly issue in my car and another company cleaned the carpet and it was still stinky. Lex express SEARCHED for the smell and cleaned every nook and cranny... finding a lot that the other place missed. So thankful for their attention to detail and quality work!!!
