Sam at LensCrafters provided outstanding service when I picked out two pairs of glasses—a pair of Meta Ray-Ban glasses and designer sunglasses. The whole process was incredibly quick and efficient. I was in and out in under 15 minutes! Sam made everything seamless and easy. Highly recommend!

The Dr. And staff were great. The glasses were way to expensive. BIDFLATION has hit everything including our vision. $1600. Is way to much for 2 pair of glasses and that's with 50%off on both pair of glasses.

Sam was very helpful in helping me pick out frames. She found frames that were within the price limit of my insurance coverage- which was important to me. She explained the difference between my old frames and new ones and how the new ones would be more beneficial. She kept all the “add on” features of the old frames and even asked if I wanted to continue with certain features, without overtly trying to sell new features. I was very pleased with her overall knowledge and her persistence to help me get the frames that were best for me.

Awesome staff but the new location sucks. No parking, busy traffic. Lexington Green was a MUCH better and easier to access.
