I ended up being charged $32 when I decided to wash and vacuum my car here. I used my debit card! Please don't use credit or debit cards here . I'll update my review and give higher rating if they can make it right and refund me the amount I was extremely overcharged

If I could give no stars I would. There is a sign that says to remove things from your car if the water or wind could break it. If something is molded to your car and the blower breaks it, is that included too? Hmmm. Needless to say I will not use Leestown again due to not being compensating for damages to my car. Also for not receiving good customer service. I pride myself in customer service due to working with the public. Don't use Leestown Auto Wash, if you want your vehicle to stay in tack

Well been here several times, but today I’m checking my mail before I start vacuuming the truck, and guy comes to the window and says if I’m not going to do anything with the truck I need to clear the spot. This by the same man who last time I was here, was returned 4 quarters, we put 15 in the carpet cleaner and it never turned on, and he said the boss would call us which he never did.

The foaming brush is pretty useless for getting stuff off the front of your car. They need to provide something better, or you might as well just go through a drive-thru or wash your car at home.

I pulled in and deposited $3 for initial wash. Went straight to soap, none came out of hose, then used brush, no soap, all the while pushing button for more time. Didn’t realize it wasn’t loading extra time and used high pressure rinse but time was up! And like others said, it charges me $10! Forget this place . Don’t waste your time! Reporting this to BBB.
