I always read the worst reviews first. It seems that the 1* reviews are mostly down to the customer rather than the company.
Stone was wrong size (why not bring a sample for comparison) , there was a delivery charge ( well duh!!!), their hours didn’t suit me etc. etc.
I have only been the once and I bought a few pieces of rock to landscape a raised bed. Cost was less than $40 but they were extremely polite and helpful. I think some folks are never satisfied. I’ll definitely be back.

Recently had gravel and pine bark mulch delivered to my home.The service folks at the store are professional and friendly. Pricing is fair (nothing is cheap), quality is good and they delivered to my schedule.Why put up with the attitude from the other stone/mulch company near Landscaper's Corner? Thank you Landscaper's Corner for treating me like a valued customer.

Just got our first delivery from Landscaper's Corner, 5 cubic yards of pea gravel for our new duck coop. Everything about the process, from pricing to delivery to customer service, was top-notch. We'll definitely be using Landscaper's Corner in the future.

Wonderful products and customer service! My wife and I have used them now for two houses (our previous and current home), and we have appreciated the quality of mulch they provide. The prices are reasonable and delivery is timely. And, a wonderful surprise this last go around: They contacted us to see if we wanted move up our delivery time because a spot opened up sooner. The timing went from great to perfect! Highly recommend versus bags upon bags from other gardening centers.

My girls & I stopped in today to see if they had river rock in which we paint & the had an abundance of exactly what we were looking for plus some. The staff was polite and helpful. Prices wer great as well!

My landscaper had this company deliver some product to my residence. The driver was extremely rude, hard to work with, would not dump the product where I wanted it, argued about everything, and pretty much came across as a total moron. No customer service skills whatsoever, I contacted the company management and they were no better, just made excuses for their moronic employee. I would not recommend this business for anything or anybody.

I'd just started my business last year and I needed a place to pick up my supplies. And from years of picking up supplies, through a local landscaping business, I decided to give LC my business.The first 2 purchases went well as the employees checking me out were discounting my buys. Then the last time Elaine checked me out and didn't discount my purchase. I didn't catch it on the spot until later that day. So I call. Elaine explained after looking at previous purchasing invoices I made that I didn't qualify for a discount. She went on to explain how she and her husband look at end-of-the-year invoices, then decide who will get contractor discounts. Based on who had more-larger transactions for the year. I then voiced I felt that wasn't fair. Elaine then raised her voice and told me I wasn't going to tell her how to run her business. She then hung the phone up.I remember when Elaine and her husband only had one small backhoe and one silo. Well before the commercials and the successes, she's had on the backs of hard-working contractors and starters businesses like myself. Back when she was a starter business and needed customers like me. Back when she treated EVERYONE EQUALLY and with a friendly smile.It may be your business Elaine, but you're the one that has to sleep with your conscience at the end of the day! When you retire what people will say about you should be worth more than all the money in the world. Money can't buy ethical behavior, integrity, and legacy, period.
