Prices are reasonable, clothing is pristine! Excellent customer Service & satisfaction!! Friendly staff and clean store!! More like a boutique than consignment shop. Sizes ranging from preemie to 18/20! Boy’s & Girl’s clothing! (some upscale brands, Lilly Pulitzer & Matilda Jane women’s options ) several Matilda Jane options for girls!! & Lilly Pulitzer options for girls!! And, maternity clothing rack! (I personally don’t know of ANY other maternity store in Lexington as of now-2021.)The staff frequently sanitized the building & clothing, which I found awesome!! Store was busy, yet no wait. Owner was present and offered assistance to each customer(s)! Also saw several consignors dropping off items explaining they do really well selling here!!All around great experience! Great store & better price’s! Local business! Highly recommend shopping here!

This store is a gold mine. I'm a mother of Two Boy's and a Bonus Daughter. The employees were so kind, courteous and helpful. The owner was present and goes out of her way to make one feel welcomed. I found everything I went in searching for, and dangerously awesome deals! Ha! The store itself is clean, well cared for and adorable. The brands/cost were GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The new location is smaller, but I find myself in a clear head shopping there rather than Bombarded with so many items and simply overwhelmed (if that makes any sense.) Great all around! Will recommend and be coming back, often! Can't beat those prices and the cleanliness of the items, ladies and the store during this pandemic!! P.s thank you for continuing your due diligence with the Lysol and masks staff!! Kudos to you!!

I always have a fun time at Ladybug Landing shopping for my grand babies. My last visit was super great as I spent my whole time in the back sale room finding over 30 items?? Many thanks to the staff for it being very organized and for them being so helpful and pleasant?

"I don't want customers like you". If I could give 0 stars I would. New ownership, horrible customer service. I was told that the items in the back-"winter merchandise and accessories" were 50%. I checked out and as I was leaving heard the owner tell her daughter, " you didn't give her the discount.." I added up the price in my head and thought it was correct and left the store. I didn't take my receipt because I knew I wouldn't be bringing the two items back. After reviewing the merchandise and tags I realized I wasn't given 50% off the winter coat, today I checked my bank statement and decided to contact them. I called and the daughter answered, said she couldn't handle it and got "her boss". I told her the situation and she told me, "some people have been taking things back there and leaving them". I explained that it is a winter item. She was nice enough to look up the items: she first looked up the jacket and said nothing. She then looked up the dress and told me the dress wasn't on sale, that she knew that because they just got it in. "I know the dress wasn't on sale, I'm calling about the jacket - it was on sale." She said, "no it wasn't that someone must have put it back there by mistake. We should start marking them so we can tell". I'm not an idiot. She didn't say anything about the jacket, she ignored it and mentioned the dress. She kept repeating people keep moving things back there and they don't mark them on the tag. That would be fine if her daughter hadn't have told me, "I just moved stuff back and rearranged; winter and accessories are on sale." I told her if I can't get the discount, I'd like a re-fund. She saw me in the store on Saturday, she saw what I purchased but refused because I didn't have my receipt. And made the excuse again, a customer must have moved it back there. I told her I was upset and didn't appreciate her making excuses. It wasn't a customers fault, it's theirs for not marking and not cleaning up. It also was a part of the winter, which was on sale. I reminder her she told her daughter, "you didn't give her the discount". I told her that she and both her daughters were in the store both times I've been in, I've never seen them working, they are sitting down behind the desk. You can't blame, misplacement of product on customers, if you aren't straightening, marking correctly, and keeping items tidy. Plus, it was a winter jacket-for Christmas time, a lightweight uncut corduroy that would go over a dress. They said winter was on clearance and in the back trim, where I grabbed it. She then yelled, "I don't want customers like you". I asked for the discount again and she offered a store credit for return. All I wanted was the $11 plus for the discount or a refund for the entire item. I didn't want a store credit because I never plan on shipping there again. I told her I'd dispute it with my credit card company and she said so "now you're stealing". I told her no I'm disputing the charge for the item that should have been discounted and she said that's stealing I explained, I wasn't disputing for the entire amount but the $11. She then yelled at me and hung up. Also, when I was leaving on Saturday, I mentioned they should try selling the Mamaroo on Facebook Marketplace. The owner asked, what's that? I explained and she said I don't know what that is, I don't what's back there. It's frustrating that not only do the new owners not know what's in their store and where the items are but they also don't know baby products. I'm so disappointed in this service and how I was treated. I can't believe anyone would act this way to a customer over $11 and then say what she did. Especially when they are in the wrong. I should have kept my receipt, I sh

I guess I was a bother because the conversation was horrible. I told her the situation and she told me, "some people have been taking things back there and leaving them". I didn't even mention this to her but I will here-I bought it for $8.99 which is really cheap for the store but when I got home you could clearly see the color fading. (Red onto the white). I couldn't notice in store, maybe they didn't either but that's their job to notice quality and condition. It's not worth $8.99. Also, when I

This place is the BEST!! I buy all of my baby shower gifts here, the perfect outfits for holidays, special occasions, and every day. Kids love coming here to play in their toy room, and I love how friendly the staff is too! I get way more money back on consignment than I do selling for cash. 10/10 would recommend!!!

BEWARE!! They don't do returns on sale items what's -so-ever! Bought a pair of pants and several other items for my son and one pair of $10 pants didn't fit and they won't even exchange them or anything! I won't be back. They are nice but they are SUPER EXPENSIVE for used clothes on top of their policy's for things that don't fit. My suggestion is if you don't have your kid with you then don't buy here for starters!

I went tonight to get some clothes for my niece and was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere when you walk in, the young girl at the register named Haley smiled and welcomed me to the store and told me to let her know if I needed anything. Walking around the store I couldn’t help but notice how cute all the clothes were and how inexpensive they were. I would 10/10 recommend all parents to shop for their kids clothes here. Not only does it have a better selection and have better prices you’re also supporting a local business.
