I only come here when I’m at my worst. My doctor tells me to not take my meds before coming in. Today was the first day that I came in by myself. The lady was so kind and helpful when I told her I was having difficulties with the simple kiosk. I’ll be sure to use this location next time I have to get lab work done.

I was sent to LabCorp by my health coach to get blood labs, but will never go back there again. I have not received my results and I have tried nine times to call them, but I've never heard back. No email no phone call, I'm very disappointed. I drove there from Danville and it was nothing but a waste of my time and my blood.

I was nervous after booking my appt then seeing the reviews…But honestly this facility was amazing! Everyone was so nice and I was literally in and out within 5 minutes! (All I had was bloodwork) personally I’d go back here every time I need blood work! And it was also very clean.

LabCorp is great. Walk in availability and results available on line. There is also a service where you can request basic lab results yourself and self pay. This can be less expensive than insurance, as some lab orders are deemed unnecessary by insurance companies.

I had never been to a labcorp before. Showed up at 8 am, registered by computer. I was expecting issues because I had a bill to client order, but it was no problem. Brian was very nice and efficient, I didn’t even feel the needle. Back in my car by 8:15. Great experience!

based on my experience here today, I will definitely come back to this location again whenever blood work is needed in the future. I went to their website and scheduled an appointment online which took less than a minute to do. It then gave me two options for checking in upon arrival: coming inside and scanning the QR code on my phone, or clicking a link online and waiting in my car until they texted me that they were ready. I actually clicked the link as I as I was pulling into the parking lot and by the time I backed my car into a parking space, I received the text that they were ready for me to come inside. I wish I had asked the gentleman‘s name who was working (longer wavy dark hair) because he was very pleasant and professional. We somehow got on the subject of Game of Thrones while he was checking me in, which was nice since many people working in medical reception tend to seem like they want to check you in quickly and get back to whatever they were doing before. The same man ended up being the one to do my blood work, and he was so good! Even while watching him stick the needle in my arm, I barely felt it at all! He let me know that one of the tests needed with my bloodwork takes about three business days to get results, and that they send the results directly to my dermatologist. Super happy with this quick and painless experience, and the professionalism and skills of the employee who took care of me.

I read all the reviews before I went, and for some reason I still chose to go here. I had an appointment for 9:15am. I wasn’t taken back until almost 9:45. Ok, whatever. Not that big of a deal. I had a STAT order for blood work. It is now 3:15, less than an hour before my physician’s office closes for the weekend, and they still don’t have the results. I’m really not even sure why they accept STAT orders for bloodwork if they can’t even fulfill them in 6 hours.On top of all of this, I called about 100 times to figure out what was going on and never could get anyone to answer the phone, so I had to go up there again to talk to someone just to be told that they have no idea why I don’t have results back yet.

They don’t even deserve a star. Please if you have other lab options, go to them! I went 5x because they couldn’t find blood work orders. Dr had to resend 3x. For real. Their Internet was always down supposedly. There was rarely someone at the front desk to answer a simple question like “do you have my orders?” And when I finally got my blood work done, I have never had bloodwork that hurts so much & left a bruise on my left arm that’s lasted for 10 days. Do yourself a favor and find another lab.

The ladies were friendly I showed up outside of drug testing hours and they offered to still do my drug test.

I'm really not sure why all the bad reviews.The ladies that were there when I went in were very friendly they got me right back there and got me right out.I really couldn't have been happier with their service.The next time I need Labs outside the doctor's office they will be the first people I'll call.
