I had issues with another location being able to draw blood and when I told the lady at this location about that experience she said “Challenge Accepted!” and she got me on the first try 🥹 Her name was Heavenly - thank you sis!

I went to get blood work done for my b-12 and iron and tried to make sure the fax number was on the papers before I left but they told me it was in the system and didn't need it to be sent over to my Doctor. A couple weeks later I called my Doctor because I still hadn't heard anything and was told they never received the results. So I called labcorp back and they then told me I would have to call customer service, so I did. They said they would get the fax number and send them over and my Doctor still hasn't got anything from them. And the still charged me out of pocket for it and won't give a refund even though I never received results. I'll never use these people again.

I went here June 2024 and the lady was excellent probably about forty years old not sure of her name I never felt a thing she was fabulous it looks like staff has changed since last time I was there so hopefully there won’t be any more bad reviews.

Very inconvenient to check in. Kiosk is low to the ground and I am 6’4 with a bad neck. Receptionist is doing nothing but giving an annoyed look that she is here, and seems irritated to answer questions about check in that she should probably be doing. I never leave reviews on places like this but really was a bad experience.

I had a good experience here. The guy who helped me, think his name was Joseph, was personable and clean. Fast visit. I did come in the morning and it was busy, but afternoon was very quick.

Don’t go here! Very unclean and not very personable. The lady at check in was extremely rude. I tried to give her my bloodwork paper. Was rudely told to sign in at the kiosk. Then she seemed shocked when my name popped up for blood work. When she took me back she grabbed gloves but dropped one glove on the floor then picked it up and put it back on her hand. Not safe!!!

Showed up to have blood drawn at 7:30am. Staff opened the door unlocked it and shut it in my face. She was extremely rude at check in. Had me pay in full for the bloodwork and then said she could not find a vein. Told me to go to the hospital since they would have a vein finder. At Saint Joseph Hospital the phlebotomist drew my blood easily. No “vein finder) needed.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Staff was rude and unkempt. I did not feel safe having anyone here touch me, let alone get blood. Go to Quest Diagnostics around the block for blood work. Lab Corp truly doesn't care who runs their office.
