Ken, the manager, is an absolute boss. I purchased a chair for close to much higher than I would normally pay, but I’ve always loved the La-Z-boy chairs I grew up with so I swallowed the price… This was the first one I’d purchased for myself. Sales consultant made it easy and chair was delivered 2 weeks later. Skip forward 10 days; I sit on my throne and CRACK!! Chair bottom busts. Clearly a knot in the wood. All forums/ Reddit threads I read say I’m out of luck, that this stuff happens and they don’t take care of you. I couldn’t have found that further from the truth when I called and spoke to Ken, the SM. He assured me this was not normal, offered to refund my money or to fix despite it being beyond the window. I took the chair there today and he fixed it himself. As I write this review I sit in blissful comfort upon my new throne, content in the fact that I have someone to take care of me for all my future butt-cushioning needs. Bravo, 10000 stars!

We've had this lazy boy love seat for a little over a year. We bought the couch, loveseat and chair and paid 8000.00 warranty and everything. Damage in the front, sunk in after we cleaned our carpet. Lazyboy won't replace or fix

We were disappointed by the “used car dealership” vibes when we visited today. We had some simple questions walking in the door which were completely and persistently dismissed in favor of their “pitch”. We bailed and found a different furniture shop across Man O War where the staff were helpful and eager to listen to us.
Also, they have bizarre sales signs all around the outside declaring “everything must go” but this makes no sense since they are selling most items Made To Order?

Mike Abbott was very helpful and patient with us. We went in looking to buy one certain piece and ended up changing everything half way in the process. He was great and I will be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks for the great job!

Below are some pictures of damage to my brand new Yukon by the loading crew after spending over $3,000 at the store. I emailed my sales person and was told the Manager would be in touch. It has been a week and no one has called.

I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy. My salesman, Logan, greeted me at the door and showed me the recliners I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very patient with me while I made up my mind about which recliner would be best for me. I definitely recommend this store.

The lady I spoke with was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond trying to find the exact recliner I wanted. I appreciate her patience and listening skills. Extremely helpful and she sounded as if she really didn’t mind helping me. I felt valued as a customer. I appreciate her time and attention. Looking very forward to my purchase!

my salesperson, Logan McKinney, was very friendly and helpful but at the same time was not invasive. Took time to show other colors that were available in the chair I had chosen. Overall, I was very, very pleased with my purchase and the way I was treated throughout the entire process.
