Very unorganized, prescriptions laying on the floor. Was told 2 hours my prescription would be ready. I go back and I'm told it was scheduled to be filled the next day. Employees to busy talking and laughing about other people's appearance instead of taking care of waiting customers. Very unprofessional place.

I don’t even want to give this pharmacy any kind of star with the current staff. Specifically one man with black hair that need an attitude adjustment. This is twice now I’ve come in and he’s gotten an attitude with me. He needs to be trained in customer service skills, fired or just quit. There’s no sense in him being hateful towards staff and customers. I’m sure whoever reads this will know EXACTLY who I’m talking about! Do better my guy?

Customer service is horrible and their system is too. The pharmacist don't care and are overworked. The system doesn't process approvals of doctors or insurance. I have tried to get my prescription for three weeks. Even after being called and told that everything was taken care and my prescriptions were ready every time it has been an issue and I call my doctor to send the approach and nothing is resolved with the pharmacy. My doctor just had to switch pharmacies due to the repeated issues.

Probably the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They can’t fill orders in a timely manner and they hang up on people constantly. A person calls asking serious questions about their medications after being on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. It’s a sad world when you can’t depend on a corporate pharmacy to supply citizens with their medications. SMH ?♂️
