They absolutely refuse to answer the phone, even for my elderly dad who has IMPORTANT MEDICATIONS!! I decided to try and call for him, and spent almost 10 minutes listening to the phone ring. I finally hung up and called a manager, who tried transferring me again. What did I get? Another 10 minutes of ringing! If you can't be bothered to do your job, quit.

This is one of the most busy Kroger pharmacies in the city. A lot of people come here to get prescriptions. The pharmacists and techs are fast, efficient, and friendly. They do a great job, and I’ve always been confident with their care. The drive through is a life-saver when I have sick kids and don’t want to get them out of the car. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.
Be aware, though, that if you come at a popular shopping time (first of the month, right after work, Saturday morning) many of your fellow citizens will also be getting their prescriptions, and you will have to wait in a long line. This isn’t the pharmacy’s fault at all, but it’s something to be aware of, in case you can’t go at a less crowded time.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Excellent grocery store. I'd been a pharmacy customer for 20YR+ then was recently treated like garbage by Melody Turpin, 'pharmacist' and her staff. Rude. After being a dedicated customer for 20YR+. Melody Turpin, and her staff at Kroger Pharmacy 3101 Richmond Rd. were hateful and refused to fill my prescriptions. I am reporting to the FTC.

Madelyn was so helpful when I picked up my medicine a few weeks ago. I just realized I forgot to leave her a review when I was at Kroger today. She was great at giving me my flu shot and I didn’t even feel it! She also made the experience more fun and lighthearted.

I am prescribed a couple of controlled substance and have been for a couple of years now out of medical necessity and one of them is also frequently misused as a recreation drug. I’ve been going to this Kroger for years, and I have a litany of prescriptions i get filled there as well and have been going since before I was prescribed said controlled substance. For the first couple of years, everything was fine. For the last six months approx, doses have been missing from the bottle. The pharmacy blows me off. I even opened the bottle in front of them before leaving and counted them and was over 10 doses short. They just said that the count was “on camera” and refused to engage, investigate, or help in any way. I’ve since moved the controlled substance scrip to a pharmacy across the street and have had no issues with it ever since. At Kroger out of the 42 doses I was getting between 27-32.

Impossible to get a refill or loan in emergency situations, treated like a number, no compassion. They won't fill a written prescription either. Also walked up on staff making jokes about mental health patients, unacceptable behavior.

This pharmacy has gone steadily down hill. Do not use this pharmacy. They don't have the medication in stock to meet regular needs! I been a patient many years i am now changing pharmacy.

i'm not one to typically write reviews, but i love this pharmacy! every pharm tech i've interacted with is super nice and helpful. i don't know her name but the last one i spoke to helped me get a discount on one of my meds without me asking, and went ahead and expedited another one of my meds since it was in the last stage of a refill. i felt compelled to write a review due to how nice they have been to me every time i come through!

Treated very rudely by Summer. Her greeting was as though I was annoying her by being a paying customer! If someone is going to work with the public and represent a company, they should at least be policte and respectful to the customers.I gave this review one star only because I couldn't leave it blank.
