Kroger Pharmacy is a very busy location with plenty of business and often a big line. The pharmacists and techs are nice, attentive, friendly, helpful, fast, and efficient. Many customers are confident with their care and find the staff super nice. The drive-through is considered a life-saver, though it is constantly closed due to a serious staff shortage. This shortage is a noted problem that can lead to long waits, especially during popular shopping times. While the team does a great job and provides lighthearted service, there is a sense that the pharmacy needs to hire more pharmacists to not overload the current ones and could use better coordination of staff and customer service. Despite the wait times and staffing challenges, many customers love this pharmacy and would definitely recommend it.
The staff shortage is a serious problem at this location.

Madelyn was so helpful when I picked up my medicine a few weeks ago. I just realized I forgot to leave her a review when I was at Kroger today. She was great at giving me my flu shot and I didn’t even feel it! She also made the experience more fun and lighthearted.
