I give this pharmacy zero star. I arrived at 7:50 to pick up my medication, stood there waiting and waiting, the boy called me over at 7:58, asked my date of birth and name and medication, then he said it’s 8:00 and they close at 8:00, he wouldn’t gave me the medication, I told him I need to take it before bed, but he still wouldn’t give it to me, but asked me to go back the next morning. The most inhuman pharmacy!

Recently switched to Kroger pharmacy and seem to have had an issue or mistake with every pickup. The worst part is the staff are always unfriendly and unapologetic.

Wait in line for 20 minutes and then they decide to close the window when it's my turn. They tell me they decided to close the window because they are understaffed.... That's all fine but CLEAR out the existing customers in the the line first. I would have went inside and not wasted my time if the line was closed to begin with.

Went in with some prescriptions from an auto accident. The older lady simply told me she didn't know how to process the prescription with the claim number and information I had. She wasn't trying to find out to how to do it either. Poor customer service and poor knowledge in your field. Needless to say I didn't pay the $90.46 as they asked and got them filled at CVs with no problem for free! Poor laziness on the elderly ladies part

Terrible service, lose prescriptions they claim they didn’t get, when the Doctors office confirmed they sent it!! Cannot reach a human on the phone at all!

Terrible service. I think mostly do to under staffing. I just tried to call and the phone rang for 4 minutes. No answer, no please leave a message, nothing for 4 minutes. I normally refill my prescriptions online, but I needed to speak to a pharmacist regarding a question I needed answered. I can't just leave work and go to the pharmacy every time I have a question. The only reason I stay with them is convenience, but that is probably not going to last much longer.

After todays experience I would leave negative stars. I called at 9:30 am to have one of my medications refilled. The phone just rang and rang and rang. I couldn’t actually get through to someone until 10:35 am. I told them I needed refilled and they agreed to have it ready by 2 pm. It’s a med I have to keep on me at all times. I show up at exactly 3 pm and they tell me they are still working on it. It’s 3:28 and I’m still sitting here waiting to pick it up. I will not be using this pharmacy again. The guy working the register was very nice and did his best to help. I do appreciate that as it wasn’t his fault. I understand they are busy but come on now 6 hours for one medication?!

The people are always nice but the phone jail to refill a prescription is THE WORST. It is slow and despite super clear enunciation, I keep having to repeat myself. It's terrible. I'm never using it again.

Though staff is friendly, do not fall for their bait & switch offer of $50 for prescription transfer. Kroger sends these coupons for Kroger plus customers which pharmacy do not honor. They say they used to have a bar code to scan for these, but they do not have it any more and will ask you to go to customer service desk and they will tell you the same thing.Going back to my old pharmacy which has a better service though Kroger is closer to my home.

They are deteriorating fast.They often do not call, and when I call them, they are sometimes out of my pills, to which the question needs to be asked "And when were you going to tell me?"I am giving one star because that is the minimum required to post

It was 8:30pm when I got there and they close at 9pm. Oh...they had turned on the "closed" sign at the drive through already...where you turn to get in the lane. I pulled in there anyway and it was open. The tech looked embarrassed and pretty much said it was to deter ppl from pulling up. WTH....30mins? Picking up my med only took 10mins. Come on... .
