Recently switched to Kroger pharmacy and seem to have had an issue or mistake with every pickup. The worst part is the staff are always unfriendly and unapologetic.

Wait in line for 20 minutes and then they decide to close the window when it's my turn. They tell me they decided to close the window because they are understaffed.... That's all fine but CLEAR out the existing customers in the the line first. I would have went inside and not wasted my time if the line was closed to begin... read full comment
