This review is for the Regency/Lowry Lane location, only. Because of on-going family illness I’ve been spending a lot of time with pharmacies! This location in particular always goes above and beyond to help get a prescription refilled, provide information, look for the lowest price, and just generally be what you would want in a pharmacy. Sadly, not true of some of the other local locations. I know staffing is tight, but staff and pharmacists at this location have really been outstanding.

I truly miss the the Kroger store I met when I arrived in this area 9yrs ago. Sense COVID, store has declined, staff I've known sense my first visit, gone do to the corporate change. They drove all of us out by having terrible staff, crude, too busy talking to others, ignore a customer with arm full of groceries, not assist in helping customers ring up heavy products. Shame, this store has declined in cleanliness, staff, prices sickly high. Pharmacy has declined as well. Horrible customer service. My husband picks up his scri0ys and that is in process of changing as well. Almost a decade and we are sick of corporate greed in just 3yrs.

The staff at the Alexandria Drive location are a whole lot less friendly than the previous Kroger employees at the Richmond Road location. poor customer service was shown by their unwillingness to help get a refill on a prescription, like that was a problem when I had assistance without a question at the prior location. Felt like a burden instead of feeling welcome and valued.

The Kroger Pharmacy @ Lowry Lane is Terrific! Why? It all starts with the staff! In a word. "CARE!" The terrific staff at the Lowry Lane Kroger Pharmacy care about their customers! They ALL go above and beyond too! Here is an example of this: I am already signed up for notifications but sometimes they aren't always timely. I was having an issue with Insurance on a prescription and it was finally approved and Kroger was able to fill it. And Bob the Pharmacist picked up the phone and called me to let me know it was ready for pickup! He didn't have to do that, but he cared enough, to take the time, to find my number and give me a call and let me know I could pick up my prescription! Thank you, Bob and thank you to all the staff at the Lowry Lane Kroger, for caring about me and all your patrons! We appreciate it and we appreciate YOU! P.S. I have already made a trip to Kroger Pharmacy on Lowry Lane to personally Thank Bob the Pharmacist for his excellent Service and for caring about his customers!

It takes forever to fill a prescription. If they tell you 20 minutes be willing to wait hours. If your physician calls it in be willing to wait days.

It's a small place but always carries a lot of varieties a food and anything you want. Personnel is very friendly. Once a manager went to shop for a for me at the cashier's place. She spent like 7 minutes and the cashier called on her saying, hey did you forget the price check? The manager said, "Let them have it for free!" She forgot! But what a service! Definitely I'm coming back!
