I have noticed that people either seem to love the Euclid location or hate it. I am in the middle. I have had very good interactions with the pharmacists there and gotten more useful help than I have been able to get from the pharmacist at UK Kentucky Clinic.
Although I also have had bad experiences like today when we showed up at the drive through, and it was closed during normal operating hours. My entire family is extremely disabled from chronic fatigue long-covid, so we had actually been trying for several days to catch a moment that we were well enough to go get the prescription, and we can't risk going inside and catching any viruses. It's also just too physically taxing even if we park in a handicap spot.
I called to ask why the drive through was closed and was told they were understaffed, and it would probably be open at 11:30am. The woman with which I spoke was not apologetic and had a nasty tone. I mentioned we couldn't come in because we were high risk for viral exposure. There was no offer to make an accommodation for us. If she had just had good customer service and treated me decently, I would have chalked it up to just one of those things. We are finished using this pharmacy on a monthly basis.
10-10-24: We have since tried Bourbontown Pharmacy which I read about in the Kroger reviews, and it ended up being worse than Kroger. BEWARE OF BOURBONTOWN PHARMACY! They very recently changed ownership, and the good reviews they have are from the previous owner's time. It takes them about 2 weeks and me calling to ask where the prescription is to get it mailed to us. We will try Amazon Pharmacy next. The search for a decent pharmacy is never over!

I work at a doctor’s office down the street so we call in my own thyroid medication to this location so I know exactly when my prescription is called in. Every time I have tried to fill any script at this pharmacy they lie and tell me it was called in within the last 15 minutes or it hasn’t been called in at all when I know that it was called in 4+ hours prior or even the day before. I usually don’t get upset because it’s my job to call in scripts at our office and I understand how busy the day can get and how much a pain billing insurance can be but sometimes they are so rude that I log into our EMR from my phone to prove my script was called in and show them the time it was verified so they don’t turn me away. They normally turn me away anyways or sometimes give me the wrong medication completely. The past several times I have tried to fill my script I have had to go back to the pharmacy 3 or 4 times, several days in a row, and they still tell me to come back in 45 minutes. I have an autoimmune disorder and take 180mg of NP Thyroid, which is a high dose, so going several days without my script can give me flare ups that will make me fall asleep, give me blurred vision and muscle cramps. NP Thyroid is a medication they should have on hand and it is not a controlled substance but they are normally in such short supply they can’t fill my requested quantity and are always looking for reasons not to fill my script. So lazy… Anyways, I switched to Bourbontown Pharmacy in Paris and they ship my meds to my house or work and even apply discount coupons without me asking. Shop small, big pharmacies don’t care.

We have foolishly use “ click list” for a second time this month and it was frankly unbelievable!!! Conveniently they charged us for items not included or simply did not add items requested!! This service started out as a great value, but has declined to a money grab for Kroger Corporation!! Not sure if it is intentional or a matter of being understaffed, but Buyer Beware!!!!

In person shopping always a good experience. Check your receipt when ordering for delivery. There have been two occasions where there was extra items purchased that I didn’t order and weren’t delivered. Someone had lunch and a lot of energy drink on me without my permission! Still will shop in store as that is a good experience.
