No person to check you out. You have to check your items out yourself. I a register goes doen..........well, out of luck for minutes for anyone to come help. Miss the cashier checking you out more than anything.

Always a great experience when I shop at Kohl’s in Hamburg (Lexington, Ky). Their Levi Jeans section is always well stocked, and their employees are so nice. I’ve been shopping there for years, and I always leave happy.

Two separate times! With two separate orders they didn't send me everything I ordered! They didn't tell me about it just didn't ship it amd when I call they say ohhh it's out of stock! Then why didn't I get an email saying that with a refund 😒 I have to call you and you know u didn't ship the shot! Ughhh NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING HERE AGAIN THESE ARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND NOW ALL I GET IS AN OHHH WELL

I placed an in store pick up this morning and went to pick it up around 3PM. I had yet to receive an email that it was ready but it was a mini blush in Sephora and I had no other time to pick it up. I went in and Sephora had told me to go to the front to pick it up. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes and dealt with a manager named Linda whom was very unkind. She was very rude and had no answers to any of my questions about when my order would be ready and the order wasn’t even found in their system though it was supposed to be ready that day. I went back to the Sephora area and the manager there and employees were very kind and helpful and made sure the order was taken care of. This was my first time at Kohls and will definitely be my last due to impolite management!

1:30pm-lunch hour, lines are ridiculous & have been since August! So I use self-check out & Kohls Pay, but I was never told when signing up for Kohls pay that I must still carry my card to supply the CVV number! (What’s the benefit of Kohls Pay if you still need to carry the card???Ugh!!! So I left. There wasn’t anyone to help with my order, so I walked out.
By the way, lines never ever were like they are this year! It’s crazy how understaffed the store is now!
Today I returned with my CVV, followed the same checkout & again the same thing happened. There was no one any where to help & the clerk checkouts had a line of 15 customers waiting!!! I finally flagged down a floor manager & let her know I could not complete my order again & someone would need to cancel it. She responded ok & walked away! So the register was locked for other customers to use & it had scanned my card which makes me very nervous. Yes, the CVV number on the card I have to carry to use Kohls pay does not work, again!!!
Lines were crazy, no help available. I’m writing a letter to cancel my account. This is so frustrating. I’m hoping customers will read this & be warned!
