I love to shop Kirkland's online, so I wanted to go in the store. My husband had to go back out immediately upon entering the store because he has asthma, and the smells totally overwhelmed him. I made it a total of 5 minutes before I had to use my inhaler and had to leave the store also. I think a good candle smells good, but the overwhelming smells inside this store were ridiculous. Brick and mortar stores should take into account that some people can not take all those overpowering smells.

The cashier, Karen, was rude rude rude. As soon as my family walked out of the store, one mentioned it and everyone else said “Okay so it wasn’t just me that thought she was rude.” Then a woman loading stuff into her car who must’ve overheard us said “are you all talking about the cashier?” Then continued on about her own experience with the cashier. Karen, your parents named you correctly. Kirkland’s, you lost six customers today.
