I picked Kentucky Collision Center to do my repairs on my car that was in an accident. They done an amazing job with getting the repairs done and in a timely manner. Bill was my advisor and Jimmy was the repair guy. They both did an awesome job. We can't forget about Brittany. She's taken many of my calls dealing with the insurance to the car rental etc. I couldn't have picked a better collision center to take my car to, for my repairs to get done.

After my wreck, before I even called my insurance company, I stopped by Kentucky Collision to get a quick assessment of the damage. Jessica was awesome! Even though I had no appointment, she took the time to walk out to my car with me and look it over. She gave me good advice, and from then I knew KY Collision is where I was going to bring my car to get repaired.
Through no fault of KY Collision, it took longer than expected to repair my car. There were several issues getting parts for my car from the dealership. Jessica stayed on top of the issues and was a great communicator with me through it all.
Our family has used Kentucky Collision before this repair. We had a great experience then as well. After nightmare experiences with 2 other Collision companies in Lexington, our family will ONLY be using Kentucky Collision from now on!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kentucky Collision!

Great experience, very fast and courteous. I’d give six stars if I had the option. Went in to get bunper fixed and they even detail cleaned the interior without being told. Phenomenal people. Jessica truly went above and beyond to help me.

Kentucky Collision Center was absolutely wonderful! I wanted to especially recognize Tony and Brittany for being beyond courteous, intelligent, and well informed and keeping me up-to-date on the progress of the repair of my car. They were both absolutely terrific and they deserve a raise! Jessica was great, although I had contact with her. I would not hesitate to Kentucky Collision Center to anyone!

A driver backed into my car door and fender, which made my door no longer open far enough and the damage shown in the photo I've added. My insurance led me to Kentucky Collision Center and I couldn't be more grateful that they did! I spoke with both Jessica and Brittany and from drop off to pick up it was entirely a painless process.
They worked with my insurance and Enterprise to handle my rental and being able to be so hands off during the entire process was invaluable. They would call me with updates, what they've found and answered any questions or concerns I had. And the repairs went fantastic - they had it done before the expected time and the quality honestly makes the car look better than it did pre-collision.
They are truly experts - the fender was replaced with an OEM part (thank you Jessica for making that happen!) and the door was repaired so well that again -- I believe it looks better than before.
So thank you to everything at Kentucky Collision Center and I won't hesitate to suggest or to use them again!

First I would like to Thank Jessica Curry. First face I met when I pulled up to ask about a quote. Helpful, polite and all smiles! She kept in contact with me from beginning to end. So in my opinion she went above and beyond! Thank you Jessica!
Now for the work done. Phenomenal job! I thought it would have needed a new bumper because of the scratches. I was wrong. Looks brand new! Let’s not fail to mention that they washed the outside then went a step further and cleaned the inside mats and all! I am beyond pleased with Kentucky Collision Center off Palumbo Dr in Lexington Ky! Thank you!
