Have plenty of selection and decent deals on the apparel. Unfortunately they do not stand behind their product when it is defective. My girlfriend got a crew neck sweatshirt and a hole tore in the sleeve in the first hour of her wearing it. When we brought it in they refused an exchange for a new one. Very disappointed in their policy. Have some pride in what you sell.

As always, great experience when visiting from PA. Ended up hitting a pretty good winter sale. Store points don't expire - saved over $10 from our earned points from last visit.

The store is ok the help is horrible! We visited tonight December 27th 2022 at 4:50 PM and the two females that were working were not helpful at all and actually pretty rude. We will let all the KY Hospital staff know to shop at the College store and to avoid this store.

Called into the store recently needing help with some gift baskets for work clients. The manager, Amanda, was beyond helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed as easily as possible. Saved me so much time and effort, got great gift baskets shipped out directly to my clients, highly recommend this location!

If you're looking for a souvenir gift shop in Kentucky this is the place. Thank you for also recommending SONNYS BBQ. K.B has scented candles black cherry bourbon is my favorite. Woodford bourbon balls are a must. So much to choose from at this shop.

Love the variety of KY and UK stuff they have and fairly reasonably priced, especially on the clothing. The only negative thing I would say was the girl who checked me out seemed to hate being there, wasn’t exactly rude but definitely wasn’t showing a lot of customer service. Still would recommend.
