Awful customer service! I was misinformed about so many things as far a pricing, how long it would take and if my tires had arrived. I had an appointment for 9:15 am, they told me it would take about an hour and they would call me when it’s ready. Three hours had passed and no one called. I called them to check the status and they said they hadn’t started yet because the tires had just arrived. I specifically called two days before to make sure the tires were shipped to the store and I was told they were.
The “manager” continued to say she tried to reach out but didn’t have my number on file. That seems hard to believe given the fact that my number was printed on the invoice that was handed to me a few days prior and the fact that before I left the shop that morning she acted like she took my information to call me and sent me on my way.
Not once over the phone or in person did she apologies about any of it. Instead she made excuses about being new. It doesn’t take training to have hospitality and sympathy for making someone wait 5 hours when you told them 1 hour.
I would not recommend you go here, Tire Discount will be a better option for sure.

Awesome staff , very patient in explaining everything and I definitely will be back,also will recommend them , my first time I went there i I was also recommended to go here and I am very satisfied ! The store manager and the mechanic very nice and you can tell they care about the customers ! Go give them a try they are GREAT!

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am for an appointment to get a diagnosis of what might be wrong with my vehicle. I wasn't expecting that by 2:00pm when I called for a checkup that they still hadn't looked at my vehicle. I was told it was next in line. Started walking to the shop at 4:40pm to get my vehicle (as I had not received any updates). I was halfway to the shop when I received a call from them asking where the paperwork was for my vehicle (how would I know??? It's not my shop nor do I work there). I had to explain again why I brought it to them in the first place. I told them not to bother as I was almost there to get it any ways. Very unprofessional customer service. If you are too busy to get to a customer, then don't make an appointment. I could have taken it elsewhere, but you wasted my time. I would not recommend this place for business. People's time is precious and should not be wasted. Proper communication could have prevented this. Haste makes waste and that's exactly what you did. You wasted my time and lost what would have been a dedicated customer.

Well this could’ve been bad…. Came in to get new tires, an oil change and an alignment Monday and this is how my car left after having it for 7 hours. I brought it back Wednesday to have them let the air out because I tried to do it myself but it was hard with a 2 week old baby. I talk to CJ who seemed to be unfazed by how high my tires were filled he just told me to pull in and they would fix it then walked off. The worker who let the air out of my tires was rude and asked if a light came on in my car? I told him no that I checked it because it felt weird and he said he doesn’t know what gauge I used but they were different psi. I said yeah because I tried to fix it myself but I couldn’t. He just grunted and walked away.. he never said I was good to go or anything so I checked the pressure and it was good so I left. I never got a sticker to indicate my oil change so now I’m curious if that was even done. I’ll bring it back if I find something else wrong but I definitely won’t spend my money here. I wish Walmart had my size tires because I would’ve went there instead.

On an out of town trip, we ran into some tire trouble on Memorial Day. We went to Walmart's auto center first. We were told that it could not be repaired, and they didn't have the tire we needed. They then refused to put our spare tire on. They put the bad tire back on the car, backed it into the parking lot, where my husband and son then removed the tire again, and put the spare on. We called Ken Towerys, and the person we spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. We were close, they had our tire in stock, and could get us in right away.
They weren't kidding. They were waiting for us when we got there. They inspected the tire, and told us they could repair it. It took all of 10 minutes. They asked us to pull into the bay so they could easily mount the tire back on, and ensure the torque was correct, so that we could "get back on the road safely". The gentleman that helped us was genuinely friendly, and even offered my son a job.
It's hard to find good service these days, and this place was top notch.

My engine in my Kia sorento went out. It did take about two weeks to get it together and and lord knows I bugged them every day but JC understood and dealt with me bugging him at least once a day if not more he was very understanding and professional and made sure the job was done right. Shout out to JC and the team thanks. Def will be back.

Brought in aftermarket wheels to have mounted and balanced. Crew identified missing parts and fitment issues. Explained every discovery and worked with me to get them all resolved. Top notch crew. Everyone went above expectations to help get the job done.

I always have an excellent experience with this Ken Towerys and if something is not 100% they will do their best to get you up to 100%. The staff is awesome and I trust them servicing my vehicle.
