I went in for an oil change and an overheating engine. The service manager suggested a course of action and explained things to me clearly. His plan worked and my problems were solved in a timely manner. No pressure to purchase additional services and I received no Surprise charges. My only complaint: the bathroom was gross.

Had to have tires serviced or replaced. Service manager Jacob was friendly, professional and helpful. Service Techs in garage were friendly, fast and professional. They were also conscientious about keeping my vehicle interior clean! Much appreciated! Waiting area was clean and coffee or water was available. Also noticed WiFi password was posted for customers to use. 10/10 and I will be back and will recommend to friends/family.

Hey everyone, if you have a 6pm appointment dont worry about going because they will tell you to leave EVEN THOUGH THEY CLOSE AT 7PM!!! flat punctured tire riding on the rim with 2 toddlers, but hey, "we can put some air in the tire for you". disgrace of customer service. wont be going back or recommending.
also had $300 cash stolen out of my glove box on the previous vehicle i took here. shameful establishment.

We were in Lexington KY to pick our son up from UK. We had a flat tire. Called the shop to see if they had a replacement tire. The employee said they did not but could order one from the warehouse and have it there by 8am the next morning. By 11am the next morning the tire had not arrived. When we asked the employee to check with the warehouse they indicated that the tire was not ordered in time and they would not be able to get it out that day. Pressed for time we opted to have 4 new Yokohama Geolander tires installed on the vehicle. The tires were installed and we left to drive home to Maryland. We quickly realized the tires had not been installed properly and were not properly seated in the rims. As a result we were forced to stop every 45 - 60 min to fill the tires with air. This made for not only very unsafe driving conditions but turned our 7 hr drive home into a 14 hr drive home. I will never use this company again. Very careless and unprofessional service.
Update, so I was asked to contact their client service and select 2 to talk to them more detail about my experience. I called today pressed 2 as instructed, the person who answered the phone asked me what I was calling about I explained that I had a pretty horrible experience and as a result of my client satisfaction survey and my review I was asked to call this number and select 2 so that I could provide more details and to see if there was anything the company could do. Without a word, I was transferred to a line that rang several times before a voicemail answered. I left a detailed message with whomever I was transferred to. Not really certain who that was because the person who transferred me didn't even tell me I was being transferred let alone to whom. Not surprisingly I have not received a return phone call or email or text. This company is batting 1000 in poor client service thus far. Buyer beware with this company!! If they screw up, good luck getting a resolution. Thank you though for reaffirming why I would never use this company ever again.
Still no return phone call from your client service number. Stellar job! Way to make sure you address client service issues! You should probably save yourself some money and cancel your contract with the company that runs your Net Promoter surveys, since clearly it doesn't really matter if someone has a terrible experience, or in my case a potentially life threatening experience with your company's services. At this rate you should be firmly out of business in no time. Keep up the great work! I look forward to your company's impending failure.

The other 1 star reviews are accurate don’t make the mistake I made and ever consider going here, they left a tool in my vehicle leading me to waste more time trying to diagnose this issue they created . Also I paid a premium and my car went from sounding fine to high pitched bird chirping at all times so I assume they didn’t install them correctly

I had a flat tire at 2 am. I slept in the car until the store opened. The gentleman on duty greeted me and informed me that he had no help scheduled until 8 am. He then said that it would probably be later because that employee was usually late. He got his morning managers call around 7:30-7:45. Goals go team go etc. As a former service manager I felt sorry for him. Some things never change. Sell your alignments, road hazard etc. Call all your customers. Oh and by the way you don’t have to waste your time sending in your store numbers anymore but you will be held accountable for all this stuff. First, morning reports to your district manager. I agree what a waste of time. Sending him numbers he can already see just so he knows you are looking at them. Good choice scraping that waste of your managers time. Second, I love how goals are set and people are basically threatened with accountability. Retail will never change. How in the hell is this poor guy supposed to do anything when his first employee doesn’t hit the door until 9:30? Here’s a goal. Have the district manager in that.store busting tires at 8:00 am instead of calling and setting goals. How about staffing the store as goal number 1. When I ran tire stores if I was short handed I was in the shop. I waited over 2 hours for 1 tire that I could have mounted and balanced in 15 minutes. Perhaps the corporate people setting the goals should come down into the trenches and see what is really happening in their stores.

Only posting this because the online survey asked me too. My steering wheel was shaky. Called and set an appointment. Took it in at that time and was told it would be ready in about 1.5hrs. About 3hrs later got a call saying it was ready. I understand that. However I hadn’t even left the parking lot and the wheel was just as shaky as before. They told me a wheel balancing would fix it. However when I can back in not even 2 minutes later the presumably manager was on his way out and gave my key to an older gentleman (I didn’t get any names). He said out loud and bluntly that it would be a waste of time cause my tires needed replacing. I was aggravated because he made it seem so obvious but no one had told me that’s what I needed and they are the ones who suggested wheel balancing to fix the issue. The manager then came out with me and told me my tires were worn then hopped in his truck to leave. I then was more frustrated because I didn’t understand why they hadn’t just told me that was the issue right off hand and not waste an entire morning for me as well as money on the wheel balancing. I paid the $35 on my credit card and when I went back in the older gentleman told me he couldn’t refund me cause he didn’t have the cash. Told me to come back the next day for the cash. This was by far the most aggravating and confusing car shop experience I have ever had. When I asked the older man why they did the balancing he said he had a new tech and they just do what the customer asks. I don’t know cars which is why I took it in and they suggested balancing. I then took my car and bought tires from tire discounters who were friendly, professional and fast.
I never went back for my money because it was a waste of time. Also the manager even said he just left tire discounters and that he regretted the change. Disappointed that it not only wasted some money, wasted my time but that they take no pride in trying to actually fix the easy solution. If they had told me from the start that I needed new tires and a balancing wouldn’t fix my issue I would’ve been fine and bought tires because I understand that was casing my problem. This wasn’t the case and I am still aggravated. Would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone.

These guys are awesome! I'm from out of town and was having a terrible day. My mother is in the UK hospital. I was there alone with a flat. They were the closest business to me. We called and they were locking up. It was past closing time by the time I made it there and they took me in anyway. Stayed late just to help me out. Super nice and professional. They are fast and great service. Thank you all for helping me out!
