Lack of communication and unprofessional I had a 3 o’clock appointment there was a wreck and traffic was backed up. Didn’t make it to my appointment. I asked if there was anybody available to do a fill-in she told me yes so I came on to the establishment when I got there the lady told me when I walked in she will be with me in 3 minutes asked me what color and everything next thing I know she has someone else in her chair. There was no one in the waiting area when I walked in so now I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes and I told him I have to run up the street to grab my niece and come back and now with she won’t be able to do my nails she could’ve told me that 45 minutes ago

Horrible service! I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone unless you’re a regular. Greeted others but could not greet me and when I asked her a question she ignored me twice. This is no way to treat a paying customer. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Well priced, great selection of SNS colours, friendly staff. My biggest love about this place are the colour choices. There were so many that were my absolute loves I couldn't decide! Definitely coming back here the next time I get the urge to get my nails done

Suk Suk Suk sukkkkkk!!!!!!! All the 1star reviews BELIEVE THEM! They're not ranked 3stars for no reason! And the people who rated higher are people they KNOW! Went in wasn't greeted the snow bunny (no disrespect to my down YTs?) BUT greeted this woman in seconds !! 1st impressions is everything it'll make or break u . Broke them! Also waited for an hour! when they coulda told me they had appts come back later they just took the ones who just WALKED In! now this is Me ASSUMING they had appts! But heck the way they move idk! My 2nd time in 4yrs I thought maybe they changed (MY NORMAL TECH was BUSY?) NOPE!!! Buy yea 2nd impressions was just as bad! Never again! This company should be rated less than 3stars should be 1.9??for their norms?,,, I guess??♀️) oh and I just walked out of that ant house!

Everyone who works here is kind and they work quickly. Every time I've gotten my nails done here, I am impressed by how great they look and they are slightly more affordable than the other places I've been around Lexington.Services: Pedicure

I'm a caregiver for a handicapped man and called ahead for an appointment and they accepted. When got there other's were there waiting and we understood we might wait! My client patiently waited while his feet soaked in water. Much after we arrived a lady came in and she immediately received service. We had been waiting an hour when we were about to leave and they said one was about finished and would take care of us. We stayed and she gave him an adequate mani and pedi.
