If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I ordered college graduation announcements and was not only sent the wrong design, but the wrong number of announcements and not enough envelopes. I called customer service, was kept on hold for almost an hour, and was told that I couldn't be given a full refund for a mistake made buy the company. Their policy is 50%, and they even tried to low ball me and offer me 25% before telling me about their true policy. Not worth my time or money, and definitely not worth yours. You can get better announcements and better customer care elsewhere.

Worst company ever! Don’t buy from them. Ordered a high school class ring and they never finished the last payment. She never got her ring, I called bc the website would not let me access the act to see what was going on. Asked for a return since I never received the ring. They returned the ring and it’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t even got a refund to my card. Now when I call they see the return but no refund ever submitted by them. Now I’m out $$$ and no ring. Terrible company!!! Invitations that I paid for did not come in the way I ordered them either, looked like some standard back up invitations bc they ran out of the ones I ordered and paid for! I’d rate them a 0 if it was an option! I spent 600 and got nothing but a stack of invitations that looked like a kindergarten made. Schools need to stop using them!

Turned in order form on November 22,2019. The first of the 3 payments should have been pulled from my account then. On 12/13/2019 I spoke to the office manager asking why the 800# told me that my order had not been placed until 12/06/2019 and the first payment had not been pulled until 12/10/2019. She was very nice and advised that she would make this right. On 12/19/19 I receive a message from her stating that I was being given a credit on the account plus she had ordered the ring to be expedited and delivered to my home. The scheduled ship date was 01/18/2020. Today,01/15/2020 I looked to see if my January payment had been pulled and the site shows that my next payment is not until February! I called the 800# and they are showing that the ship date is in February! I also found out that they will not release the ring until its paid in full! I am so furious with this company! DO NOT USE THEM! Walmart would probably do better!

Ordered a champion ring for marching band as a group order and they lost my sons order. Everyone else has theirs and now my son has to wait up to 2 months to get his. The rep found our order after the fact. He misplaced it. Now school is almost over and everyone but my son gets to wear it at school.
