Jessica is amazing and I could not reccomend her more! I do not trust a lot of people to cut my hair, especially my curls. She took the time to ask me a lot of questions about my everyday routine, my products, and what I wanted it to look like. I appreciated her knowledge and the entire experience was beyond amazing! I was relaxed the entire time and cannot wait to get my next appointment booked!

The new space is beautiful! Jessica always does an amazing job on my hair and every time I am in that shampoo bowl with the massage chair and heat packs, I just drift off to the most peaceful place! Highly recommend it!

This salon is an Aveda concept salon. I truly look forward to everything they add for just a color retouch. Smelling calming oils while they massage your neck, hot tea, warm neck wrap and warm eye pillow and warm cushy pad for your chest while you're getting a wash. It's an all Aveda experience! Well worth it.

What an awful experience. I booked a haircut and color but upon arrival was informed they only had time for a haircut. I asked for just a quick root touch up instead of a haircut even and was refused. They would not make any accommodations and just said the receptionist who made the appointment was out all week so there was nothing they could do. Do not recommendService: Haircut

Joli is the best! I see Jill and have always had an excellent cut and overall salon experience. She does such a great job of listening to what you want and executing it flawlessly. I always leave feeling beautiful and pampered!

They try to upcharge you for smelling their essential oils and hand massages. However, their haircuts are mediocre I started with layers in my hair and now everything is one length. I will be be booking an appointment at a different salon to fix what they did.Services: Haircut

Had a great experience at Joli. The receptionist worked hard to make an appointment that worked for my busy schedule. I have curly hair and Daphne gave me a great cut. My color came out perfect. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

They requested volunteers for extensions, and I made an appointment to get color matched. I arrived only to be told I was replaced by someone who could come sooner. That's fine, but it doesn't seem like an attempt to contact me was actually made as there were no voice-mails, emails, messages or anything from them. So I drove an hour in the rain for nothing. A bit more courtesy would be appreciated. Apparently I'm not the only one they did this to. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Will not return!!My experience: As a previous client, I recently received an email from Joli salon looking for hair models for extensions as a part of a training. I replied within 30 minutes of this post to be one of their models. They got back in touch with me and offered a day for me to come in and get color matched for the extensions. So, I rearranged my schedule with work and my babysitter to make sure I made it to this appointment as the email said it needed to be made before I came in for the training. Then I show up today, was seated as if I was beginning my appointment, then the hairdresser confirms what i am there for and says she’ll be right back. She comes back with another lady who proceeds to tell me that there has been a mistake and they have all the models they need and that the colors had to be turned in last week in order to get them there in time. I asked why I was not contacted and they said it was just overlooked. So, I understand that mistakes happen, yes, but the way it was handled was ridiculous. The lady said if you’d still like to do it we can offer you 20% off as it’s still a “training” service. I was appalled. First off, I guarantee I was one of the first clients to reply to the email, second, I rearranged my entire schedule to make sure I made it in time, and third, they should have honored the service even if they didn’t need me as a model anymore simply for wasting my time. With such a prestigious salon I expected more. Needless to say, I will never return.Previously, as a client I felt as if my service was just “ok”. Yes, they offered a drink and was pleasant, but I wouldn’t say the hair service was anything spectacular.
