Very good service. Pretty decent selection however I was blessed with a 10.5 EE shoe so it took some work to fond one that fit me. Honestly for the quality of the service I would have bought "something" anyway. I will be back for more.

The employees at this Johnston & Murphy could not have been nicer. I never felt like I was being pressured into one shoe or another and they helped me find exactly the shoes I was looking for, and they even gave me some tips on how to care for the leather after I went home!The shoes and matching belt I picked up are wonderful quality too. Well worth the price. Great place for high-quality men's shoes in Lexington!

We bought a pair of nice boots to wear right before Breeders Cup. These boots are not worn everyday, only on special occasions and the heel completely fell off. If you are trying to do the math right now (it’s 6 months) we figured, okay things happen sometimes. Brought them back to the store and explained what happened. They won’t stand behind their product and replace or fix for no charge. Unfortunately lost us as customers because no shoe should last only 6 months, especially one that you spend several 100 dollars on.
