Took a necklace in to be repaired. They took it in the back and fixed it in about two minutes and didn’t even charge me anything. The best in town, super nice. 5 stars

The owner/self proclaimed watchmaker "Jim" scammed me. He did not repair my high end watch - merely glued the crown rather than replacing it. Second attempt totally destroyed my watch. Even the formal watch company had no choice but to replace whole movement.Very dishonest. Do not do business here.

I purchased an Anniversary band for my Mrs. here a couple years back and had a great experience. I had a great time working with this jeweler in finding the right band and diamonds. I've not found a jeweler operating and this level since moving here from New York back in 2009. Highly recommend this place and am planning to return shortly.

I went there to get an automatic watch fixed. The self winding wheel had detached and was knocking about inside the case. The nicest man took my watch, opened up and reattached the piece that had fallen off, took him maybe 5-10 minutes and he did it while I was waiting. He hands my watch back to me repaired and I asked how much I owed him. I was very thankful and would’ve paid for his work but he declined, didn’t want my money for such a small thing. They are extremely kind and knowledgeable people and a small business, the kind that still cares about their customers. I will never go anywhere else no matter what I need whether it be jewelry or additional repairs, I’m now a lifelong customer and you will be as well once you give them a visit. I’d give more than 5 stars if Google would let me.

I came in to get my wife's automatic watch repaired. The owner opened the watch up to take a look and asked if I had a few minutes. By the time I walked around the store and looked at their jewelry, he had already fixed the watch. Very nice, professional, and honest establishment. I will definitely come back.

I went here to have a watch repaired. What a classic, charming store! The service was fantastic--they fixed the watch while I waited--and the staff were lovely. I browsed the jewelry while I waited. Some very unique, gorgeous pieces! Highly recommend!

This jeweler offered me $2000 for my mother's 1 carat diamond around Christmas. I decided not to sell at that time. Then I went back last week and he told me it was cz. I then went to another jeweler and 2 people said it was real, which I knew since it has never been out of my sight. The next day I went back and confronted him and he replied that it had a coating on it which was also not true at all. How can a jewelry expert not know what is a diamond!!!

Me and my husband walked in with a scrap gold bracelet to just have it professionally tested to confirm what we already knew. The gentlemen that we walked up to took one look at us and decided that we looked like nothing we had could possibly be real. He didn't even really look at it or even test it he just said it's fake and sent us out the door we were literally only in the store 2 or 3 minutes tops. My husband had the pleasure to tell him on his way out that he knew it was real and I think the man should be ashamed of himself for assuming that it was fake just by the way we looked to him. One hour later we went to another jewelry store and the same piece was tested twice and it was real 10 grams of gold and we were given a great price for it. Very judgemental place and I will never return and I warn you if you don't walk in looking good like you have money they will treat you as you don't have anything worth thier time . No one is going to pay $200 for pitted gold

I walked in this store and have never ever been treated so well . They treated me like family and my ring … well it’s to die for . Finally after all these years I am happy . Thank you Jim and staff for being absolutely so good to me . You are stuck with me now !
