Eugene “The manager” asked me to find another car wash because he does not like to see me driving my own car into the washing tunnel!! Instead of asking if there is any reason!!!! Btw they don’t have any policy about this.
Basically, their staff stays in the cars during the tunnel wash, checking my belongings annd opening the gloves box!!!! I seen them and reported that to the previous manager who didn’t do anything about it, so ya I don’t want them to drive my car any more, Btw the owner called me and asked me what I need him to do, all I asked for is an apology, unfortunately seems like he could not even get that from Eugene !! So ya keep doing what you are doing eguene !!!

I took my car here for the first time off of a recommendation of someone else. I didn’t get the service that I expected off the bat but the owner reached out to me and made it right. I edited my review because not only did the owner make it right but management did also. We all have 1 off days and I chalk this up to a misunderstanding. I will be back to try Jeff’s out again.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon for a Platinum Wash. Appreciated the $3 off special this week. Crew did a great job! Also, as I walked to my car I joked about why they didn’t get that dent out of the back of my SUV! He laughed but was so nice and offered to buff out some areas right then- with only 10 minutes to close! He was kind and insisted if I had time he would do it! He did a good job considering I have a black vehicle that shows a lot. He buffed out a few areas, and I left a very happy customer! I wish I had taken before pics!

Staff was nice and my car is definitely cleaner but it could’ve been a better experience. There are 2 lanes, I pulled into one and was told there was one long line I needed to get into that fed into the 2 lines, I pulled out of the lane and got in the line, 2 cars behind me pulled out of the line into the lane I had been in and no one said anything to them. They just cut in line and no one said anything to them. Also, for $40 I expected my car to be much cleaner. See photos.

WONDERFUL results and service from josh and Danna at the Jeff’s Car Wash Detail Shop!! This is the 2nd time I’ve come in with my big Bronco and both times ive left 100% happy and satisfied. The first time I got a carpet shampoo and this last time I got a wax for the summer!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
