I have loved this boutique for a while and have bought stuff in the past before, and I just loved how welcoming the staff was to me and was so willing to talk to me AND the music playing in the store was Taylor Swift, so bonus points for that!My receipt says Carrie B was the staff in the store when I went in today, and she was just so nice and great to talk to!

First time there, and the warm service made me feel right at home!The boutique was well lit & bright, decorated elegantly, and was very clean with COVID-19 precautions being taken (hand sanitizer out for customers, plastic partitions at registers, and masks being worn).The young lady working was super friendly, helpful, had a bubbly personality, and made me feel comfortable while I was looking around.The clothes were very stylish and definitely well made/tailored. They have their own candles...and they smell Heavenly..sort of a sugared citrus scent, perfect for spring/summer and/or a long hot bubble bath ?I would (and will) recommend this boutique to my sisters, nieces, and friends.

JamesC Boutique is amazing! The price and quality of the clothes could not be better. Each package is delivered promptly with adorable wrapping and a personal note from the owner. I highly recommend this boutique to any women out there looking for some new additions to their wardrobe!

This has been my favorite boutique in Lexington since it opened! The clothes and accessories are adorable, great quality, and well priced. The owner is also the sweetest, always have the best conversation every time I come in. You will be able to find everything you're looking for plus more here!!

Ordered a dress a size larger than I would usually get from this boutique. It came and I couldn’t even get into it when fully unzipped. So for my return they assured me it would be 3-5$ for shipping... at the lowest cost available to me, I paid nearly 14$ for shipping. After making them aware they didn’t offer to refund the high amount I paid for shipping. Will not use them again!!!

This is the BEST boutique in lex, KY! Sweetest staff who make you feel welcomed as you enter the door! I could sit and talk to the employees for hours because I feel that welcomed! Great clothing and prices too!
