Interior Solutions never disappoints, great communicators, nice flooring selection and friendliest staff. I’ve worked with Lori and Patti going on 5 years and have completed many flooring jobs which included installation. As a project manager for Fullard Construction Company, it’s a relief knowing they have quality materials and a professional installation crew that show up and get the job done right. I had carpet installed from Interior Solutions when we first bought our home. When it was time for a much overdue revamp I returned and had a second great experience. Lorie Averitt provided the best customer service! She was willing to work with me for as long as it took for me to choose my flooring. And it was awhile! I'm hoping to finish Phase 2 next spring and will definitely be back at Interior Solutions.

I have worked with Interior Solutions several times over the last 4 years and they are excellent. I have worked with Lorie Averitt on custom sized rugs. She is very knowledgeable, quick to communicate and wonderful with follow through. Highly recommend.

20 years ago our cabinets, flooring and bath materials came from Interior Solutions. So when it came to update our house, the first place we went to was Interior solutions. Lori and the staff help us figure out what we wanted. Lori suggested a carpet with a design for the stairways. I am so in love with this carpet and it’s not just me, every guest notices it and brags on the cool carpet is going upstairs. The bedroom carpet feels so great and is beautiful. The bath design was tough at first, but Interior solutions really insisted I do it correctly and they were so right. Best thing we could have ever done was to listen to the staff. Love all my finishes and still do 6 months later.

Interior solutions recent installed unfinished hardwood in my son’s home and the experience was the same as when I used them 13 years ago in my own home - great. Lorie, who handled all our needs, was responsive and understanding when I had to move the install due to other delays. The floors turned out beautiful and we would recommend Interior Solutions.

I’ve used Interior Solutions for 2 projects now and I’ll never go anywhere else for flooring. There’s a lot of selections, and Lorie was absolutely wonderful to work with.
