This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a professional. Gave Rick O’Rourke $900 and signed a contract for him to do my business taxes. He was responsive at first then totally ghosted me right before taxes are due. I’m scrambling to find another accountant quickly to file an extension. He is 100% a scammer and will steal your money and then ghost you. I will not stop until he is held accountable for stealing my money.

Always super pleased with his work. He takes the time to answer any questions I have. We have pretty confusing taxes, and we have always been satisfied with Integrity Business.

This dude is a waste of time. Had my taxes since March 1st, didn't get them done by July 15th so supposely he filed for a extension and when I text him on August 17th he hadn't even started so August 20th i received all my w-2 and stuff in the mail. This guy will not have a license once I'm finished with him in court.

This guy is horrible. poor communication. Had my w-2s and everything since March 2020 and as of Aug 17th he hadn't done anything and Aug 20th I received all my stuff in the mail. He made me late on all my business licenses and everything. He was supposely doing all my books and everything but didn't do anything. Will be taking him to court.

Worry free excellent service! I've used Integrity Services for years for my personal taxes. It's always an easy process with great communication. I get everything back quickly which is a must for me. I submit my taxes with confidence every year knowing professionals have reviewed my documents.

We use Rick every year for our taxes! He is knowledgeable, precise and lays everything out that’s easy for us to follow. And he always gets everything back to us quickly! We call him throughout the year to ask questions and he always answers. Definitely recommend!

Mr. O'Rourke stated he sent copies of the extension but apparently the IRS lost the paperwork during those months they were supposedly submitted. Rick thinks the IRS dropped the ball on this since he states he submitted everything for us but I received no word from the IRS that Mr. O'Rourke submitted any documents to them. Rick's excuse is that the IRS is so big that they don't get everything but my opinion to Mr. O'Rourke is to do what you got to do to satisfy your customer. There has yet to be any implications from both parties about the screw up with the documents submitted. Rick never mentioned he'll take care of the issue for us which is the way he should've proceeded with this.

Very bad! Prepared taxes for 2 years. Just after 2nd year return submitted I got 3 warning letters from IRS and KY DOR about problems with 1st year returns. Very difficult to get IBS to amend returns (but they eventually did). Decided to move to different preparer - IBS would not provide copies of supporting schedules (depreciation) for new preparer. New preparer will have to re-create (if possible) 2017 schedules which will cost me $$. Makes me concerned that 2017 return is fiction. Complaints filed with IRS and KY Attorney General
