What a great service! Always got to love a local service who’s knowledgeable and quick with their work. In total, all 4 brake pad changes and resurfacing took roughly an hour and a half and I have no complaints at all with how it drives after the fact. Thank you!

Great experience! He arrived at my house pretty soon after calling and got my breaks changed quickly as well. It was a huge blessing to not have to leave my car at a shop overnight. Would definitely recommend!

I have never had such amazing customer service in my entire life and I’m not exaggerating. The moment I heard a weird noise, I pulled over and found InstaBrakes number. Hour and a half later, he showed up with all of the pieces and replaced all of my brakes. He even offered to give me a ride home just to stay out of the summer heat.
After repairing all but one final part, we drove home. The following day, he came by our house again to do some last minute fixes on one of our pistons that had needed a specific tool to repair. My car runs sooo smoothly now, and I still can’t believe how amazing the quality of service was! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue twice! You’re phenomenal and I’ll definitely use your service again in the future

AMAZING service!! I called this morning which is Friday. I needed my brakes changed in a bad way!! Had called other shops that were way over priced & couldn't even get me in today but rather next week sometime. He said he could be to me about 4pm today!! He texted me at 3 saying He was on his way. He showed up took a look & got to work. He was finished within 20 minutes!! Very polite & respectful! Will definitely be contacting again in the future for any repairs or maintenance needed.

I needed help with my car and reached out to Keith and he responded fast. He is very kind, very personable, and very professional. Excellent customer service. Keith even offered to take me home before he met me. What I appreciate most about Keith and his business, is the transparency with pricing and work needed + his attention to detail and actually caring about quality products for his customers. Oh yeah and he is terrific at communication, he has been texting with me consistently about other issues we want to address as friends. 10/10 - I won’t be working with anyone else other than Keith regarding car issues.

Very pleased with the same-day mobile service! Front brake pads in less than an hour, and he came to me at my home. Convenient, fast, and fantastic work from a nice and upfront guy. Definitely would recommend this business to anyone in the Lexington area!

Showed up on time. Did really good work and did it quickly. Would use them again and recommend to anyone. He even finished the work in a pouring rain that day!
