My wife and I have bought many new vehicles over the years. Our experience with Infiniti of Lexington has been the best by far.The Service Department is 5 star! Jim Ott has always taken excellent care of us. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I worked with Vinsetta Covington and I truly enjoyed the buying experience. She was knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. She learned a lot about what I liked in a couple of conversations and used that info to find what I wanted. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a new or used car. I went looking for an Infinity but purchased a Pathfinder. I love it! I looked at several other vehicles but I didn’t buy them. Vinsetta kept looking and called me as soon as she heard about a Pathfinder coming in. It was the one and I’m thankful that she kept looking and had faith that I would purchase when I found what I wanted. They have other vehicles in addition to Infinity’s and if you tell her what you want, she will do her best to make you happy. The overall process was really smooth also. It was the easiest and best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

It looks as though buying your Infiniti from Infiniti of Lexington may be the key to being treated well, if all of the 4-5 star reviews are any indication. I bought elsewhere and only had to deal with the service department. The service manager I had the misfortune of dealing with spoke in a condescending tone everytime I took my Infiniti in for servicing. It made me not trust them, because as another review mentioned, they try to pressure you into taking parts. After my last service, I traded into an Audi the very next day, because had something major gone wrong with my Infiniti, I wouldn’t trust them to fix the problem without a bunch of add ons. The staff member making appointments is absolutely wonderful and she deserves kudos, she’s the reason I gave two stars, otherwise it would be one. My last Infiniti will be my LAST Infiniti.
