Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. Glad the company paid - a little pricey.

Stayed overnight to see Gabriel Iglesias. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, our food took an hour before we received it so then we had to eat fast so we could get to the show. The room was fine however the a/c didn't work. Called down to see if they could look at it and had to call again because we waited over an hour and wanted to go to sleep. It seemed like the guy fixed it but it quit again.

The rooms don't have microwaves, always a disappointment! Otherwise, clean and serviceable.

The location is close to Rupp Arena; however, I had a broken HVAC unit, dirty sheets, streaming wasn’t available even though it was advertised, and my carpet was filthy. When I informed the front desk about it they said they would send someone up, they never did. I would not recommend.

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. It needs work. The rooms are dated and dusty. I sneezed nonstop and felt tremendously sick/fatigued whenever in the room during a miserable five nights of being stuck here on a trip, from breathing whatever terrible air was circulating in the filthy room. Bathroom was moldy and we only had half a toilet roll when we checked in. Nasty carpet. Thin walls. Beds are uncomfortable with stained sheets and the flattest pillows I've ever dealt with. I've had better pillows in the emergency room, which is where I may have ended up if I stayed in the room any longer and continued to be sickened by it. I will not come back if I can help it.

I stayed here for a work-related conference, and the conference was being held near the Rupp Arena, so this hotel was very close to where our conference was being held. We were able to walk from the hotel to the conference center without having to leave the building, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a great area where you can walk to a variety of stores and restaurants, also. The room itself was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom came equipped with a lot of things that are not normally stocked in hotels such as q-tips and cotton balls. On my second day, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking due to someone above me, but I was able to move rooms quickly thanks to the staff. One of the staff members that was absolutely amazing was Diana. She gave us a lot of information and was so friendly! I had a nice time staying here.

I stayed at this hotel to see a Monday night concert. Upon arrival the staff was good, and we valeted our car without issues. Arrived at 4:00 PM and there was maybe a 2 minute wait for the check-in desk, check-in was seamless from my online booking. Didn't have any billing issues as others had mentioned. Room was relatively clean, not spotless but I didn't have any major concerns. Checked the Beds for bedbugs, didn't find any signs of them or any other bugs. The hotel itself was quiet, however expect to hear outside sirens or noise of loud cars at night. Only issues we had were the beds were not comfortable, and the pillows weren't either. Made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Overall was a decent location for a hotel and ok stay, bed comfort is subjective.Nearby activities: Rupp Arena is attached to this Hotel and it is very convenient to go to any event. Went recently to a concert and had a good experience.

Rooms wouldn't get warm. Blowing cold air the whole time. They were dirty as well, the shower had mold all over the grout.

Our room was not cleaned well. Mold in the bathroom. My toddler found what looked like an edible on the floor and we were so glad that our baby didn't eat it. The pack n play that we requested was very old and in need of a replacement.Staff was friendly. Convenient location to Rupp Arena.

The hotel is a bit older but pretty nice. There's no restaurant on sight that i was aware of. And everything around it closed fairly early.

We stayed here for two nights and I was not impressed with the rooms at all. We had 5 pillows that had blood and sweat stains on not only the pillow cases but the actual pillows. I called down to the front desk for replacements but never received any. The rooms show major wear&tear and not cleaned very well. I was actually shocked at how run down they were especially for the price of the stay. There was a small refrigerator in the room along with a coffee pot but no microwave. Which I found to be odd.The restaurant food was good but pricey, but that is to be expected. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Diana. Diana went above and beyond many times and I can not praise her enough. She went out of her way to help numerous times and always had a smile on her face.In conclusion, the only thing this hotel has going for it is that it's attached to the convention center and the awesome front desk, especially Diana! If able, I would recommend booking elsewhere.Rooms: Rooms need attention! Housekeeping doesn't do a sufficient job cleaning.Walkability: Parking is across the street. It is in a convenient location.

I booked a room over a week ago and spent 244 dollars to go to my son’s beta convention. The convention was cancelled due to weather and I was told I get no refund. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I was told everyone is the same way. Not a good way to do business.
