Pretty nice hotel there just short on the details. Need to clean hair on toilet, shower and floors better. Make sure fridge is cleaned better. Time for some new sheets, towels and cookware.

The rooms had a great layout and were very clean. The front desk worker helped us find the door closest to our rooms without us asking. The kitchen had a full size fridge and freezer, 2 burners, sink, and cabinets and a table for 4.

Stayed three nights with family for a hockey tournament. Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was hot. Newly remodeled. Will stay again.

Boyfriend booked a room for his birthday so I could set it and surprise him and the front desk lady told me I couldn’t check in without his license/credit card on file.I walked outside to get my wallet to book and buy my own room to continue his birthday celebration and was declined a new room for no reason

(1) During my five-week Hilton Honers Lifetime Diamond Member stay, a series of highly disturbing events occurred, each because of inappropriate actions of the hotel’s General Manager (GM). These unfortunate, negative events. listed in no particular order, are described detail below.(a) The hotel's GM, utilizing her "DILUSIONARY PERCIEVED POWER," and utilizing the numerous DYSTOPIAN CMERA scatter through the hotel, WRONGLY and SHAMELFULLY accused me of THREATENING OTHER GUESTS! Can one actually BELIEVE THAT?! Hilton Honers Lifetime Diamond Members ALWAYS stay on the UPPER FLOORS, in this case, the 4th floor, where members could hear the proverbial pin drop. Such Members SHOULD NEVER be SUBJECTED to such HUMILIATION!(b) The GM ACTUALLY TOOK-IT-UPON HERSELF to CLAIM that SHE had UTILIZED HER "INCREDIBLE PRIVATE-DETECTIVE SKILLS (SARCASM INTENDED!) SEARCHED my Enterprise rental vehicle, both inside-and out, and DISCOVERED NUMEROUS EMPTY BEER CANS of VARIED BRANDS, HALF-EMPTY BORBOUN BOTTLES, and EMPTY BOURBON SINGLE SHOTS!;(c) Then, the hotel GM, once again falsely stated, that I had ENTERED the HALLWAYS in the NUDE! CAN ONE BELIEVE THAT?! What ACTUALLY OCCURED is this: As typically occurs, at least one time during any guest's hotel stay, I had locked-myself out of my 4th-floor room. It, understandably, did not occur to to call the front desk using the elevator telephone. So, I went down to the front desk to ask the WONDERFUL TRAVIS to make two new key cards, which he promptly made.(d) So, in closing, the RECOMMENDATIONS stated herein are SELF-EVIDENT and DO NOT NEED to be RESTATES. This Lifetime Diamond Hilton Honers Member has FULL CONFIDENCE in HILTON CORPORATE to do what MUST BE DONE, and I know that HILTON CORPORATE WILL DO THIS!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls seemed paper-thin. Just walking down the halls I could hear people talking in their rooms, and whenever a door anywhere near our room closed, it was so loud that it sounded like our own door.

Enjoyed the layout of this room. It was spacious and comfortable with ample room for eating, cooking, lounging or sleeping. The pool at this location was closed and we were not told that when we booked. The pet fee here is around $50 and we cashed in our points for a lower rate. While the room layout was fantastic, I wouldn't want to stay here again because of the beds. These beds are old spring mattress beds that creak and move if anyone turns. We weren't able to sleep comfortably and the bed sinks in the middle. There was also no body wash in the containers even though everything else was filled up. The kitchen has a few items you can use to prepare a quick meal and the refrigerator has ample room with a freezer - there is no ice maker in the freezer. The whole purpose of staying here was to get a comfortable night's sleep which we did not because of the old mattress.Walkability: Walking distance from bars and restaurants

Location was great and service was great. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Really enjoyed the home away feel with appliances in the room and a separated room from the kitchen/living room. My only caveat was the television only had 42 channels most of which were nothing of interest. I found three channels that had a few interesting shows but even on those it was rare to find anything to watch throughout the day. The remainder of the options costed money ranging from 9.99 to 19.99.Rooms: Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

One of the best, cleanest, friendliest, and most welcoming hotels I have ever stayed at. I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years and this is by far a top-performing hotel. The most friendliest front desk and staff ever. Love this place. Dr. Ken

First, Bathroom faucet is placed so far back on counter that it renders the faucet almost useless. You have no water pressure and therefore, you cannot even get your hands wet without covering the back of the counter with what little water is coming out. Second, shower water pressure is the same. If you have long hair, better bring dry shampoo because you will spend all day trying to rinse your hair in the shower. Third, the full length mirror is located right next to the bed making it almost impossible to use as intended. Fourth, unable to control temperature in room even though you have a control panel. Fifth, for the second time in 2 months, I was told the very same story (two different Hilton hotels) about digital key check-in. “New computer system installed a couple of days ago and digital key not working and no technical support on weekends.” Please don’t offer if it doesn’t ever work, just go ahead and let us wait in line to get our keys since everything is paid for before we arrive.

Room it self was decent, my biggest complaint was all the kids running around the hotel with no parents. Why kids were allowed to roam the halls bouncing basketballs in the hall. Playing in the weight room is beyond me. As a parent other parents need to step it up, and teach your children how to behave at a hotel.
