Pictures of the hotel from website were nicer than the room, the room did serve its purpose tho. And..it’s right in the Square in Lexington so I imagine a lot of traffic wears down the hotels quicker. Great view out of our window. Saw the arena and a bunch of stores lit up, view of the park too. Room felt warm/hard to get it cold in there even at 70 degrees. Some construction going on in middle of hotel which they post about on the website but didn’t affect any of our plans. The pool was very warm and it had lights, so it looked beautiful just like the website pics. There is a shower room there but the water was cold only, never got warm. We had stayed in another Hilton hotel a few days earlier, but this room was much more expensive but with less- room was smaller, no microwave, and fridge was smaller. When we were leaving to go explore one day, there was an enormous cockroach in front of the room door diagonal from ours. We told the cleaning lady we saw in the hall and the woman at the front desk- they didn’t seem to care much. So overall- great location and the pool were the biggest pros for us .

They are going through a remodel but everything was still accessible.

Digital key didn’t work. I was obviously an inconvenience for the front desk when I reported the problem. Bar service was super slow, unfriendly and didn’t appear to be staffed properly. I will try other places next time.

It's showing its age. Beds and pillows are well worn. Air-conditioning barely works. The room was humid all weekend. Two elevators were being worked on, so it took forever to anywhere. Not worth the cost.Rooms: The room was older and humid. AC couldn't get temp in room below 68. Everything just seemed worn and old.Nearby activities: There's restraunts and bars in walking distance. It's next door to Rupp arena.Walkability: Just about anything you'd need is walkable. Even a target.Food & drinks: There's a bar and restraunt in hotel or about a million places close enough to walk to.

The hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable but when the air doesn't work and you're trying to sleep in a hot room that doesn't work for me. After a long car ride we were hoping for a nice hot tub. One if it were filled all the way and not feel like a lukewarm bath! Don't expect too much for service!

Checkin in was perfect. Dropped of luggage in room and went out for the day. Came back and room was very warm. We turned on the AC but didn’t work. Went down to front desk at 2 am because it was getting to warm but no one at front desk except security. Went back in the early morning and told who was on duty about unit. They seemed unapologetic like they didn’t care we sweat all night. Don’t stay in room 909. Next time we will probably spend a little more and stay at the Hyatt.

Although the hotel is in a good location in downtown Lexington, there are a few concerns: for a hotel this size, the only dining is located in the bar with a very limited menu; the hairdryer in our room was so filthy, I refused to use it; we had to be out of the hotel by 7 am, the ONLY valet they had on staff had to go to the airport, therefore leaving us standing and waiting. Unacceptable for a hotel this size.

The negligence of the staff that works here, even the GM, smh.We left an expensive item in our room, an iPad. We followed up the day after, filled out a form, called every day, sent to housekeeping voicemail every day, and received no feedback or follow up regarding the form. WE had to call every day. After five days, and asking to speak to a mgr, someone finally went and checked the housekeeping office. Today, we were told the item was not on site. Because the staff more than likely stole it and/or didn’t clean the room thoroughly enough to notice it, and was left for a guest to steal. The GM (or so she says she was-one at this level would assume to be professionally trained in how to speak to upset guest). She was so unprofessional on the phone with me. She kept cutting me off, accused me of yelling at her and threatened to hang up the phone on me. She gave little to no care to the fact that an item of ours has now been stolen. No one did. We had to figure this out ourselves by continuously calling. This is a Hilton. I expect more professionalism!Rooms: You will get robbed

Room was nice. Bathroom ceiling g needs some TLC. Disappointed that the toilet was clogged when I arrived and after asking to have fixed twice, took me a third time and sharing my displeasure that it wasn’t done while I was out, to have it corrected. Location is great. Very central to many shops and restaurants. Gym was well equipped.Walkability: Lots of restaurants within walk distance.

Very friendly staff, wonderful location, and terrific view. Certainly an older hotel, but it very well kept up. Would stay here again.

2x garage keycard didn't work. 1st time came back in after backing out , was told it would work, pulled up and AGAIN not working, Had to get a ticket to get through. Awoke at 7am (wanted to sleep until 9am) from hammering above us, when checking out, informed front staff and it was told it was probably from them working on the elevators that have apparently not been working for quite some time. After I left, about 30 minutes later I received a text asking how our stay was, I replied back to just call me I had a few concerns and I never heard back, crickets. $15 to park. Only good thing was the location, 3 minute walk to Rupp Arena, was in town for a concert. Next concert I go to, I will stay at the Marriott

Rooms were clean & quiet. Stayed here for a conference. It is quite a walk to Convention center at Rupp but was connected with pedways so stayed inside.

Rooms are a little out dated, the services sucks ? l blame that on our young generation they don't take pride in their work. I'm a diamond member and They don't understand the kind of money I contribute to become a diamond status.
