Called me 10 mins before I was supposed to pick up my car to tell me they had no cars available. The person who called me was no help at all trying to find a replacement at other Hertz locations. Seemed like he didn’t know how to do his SIMPLE job. Told me to just call a number to try and get a refund. I called the first time and confirmed that it was canceled and I got no cancelation email. Called a second time and was told it was not canceled. I told the rep that I would wait on the phone until I got the email. She was rude and angry and closed the phone on my face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I came in with a world load of problems and a rental car reservation. Devin was so patient repeatedly as my broken credit card would not swipe and he went thru the full rigamarol, over and over again hoping this next time would work. I lost hope way before Devin, but he eventually got me in a car. Thank you for your patience and taste in silk jackets! Will be back next time I’m home visiting.

I had to make a trip to Marietta, Georgia and back last week and my car is by all means new enough and has low mileage however the brakes need serviced and oil is overdue to be serviced also so I opted to rent a vehicle here . I was in and out and on the road within 20 minutes, car was clean and like new, returned later that evening and overall a smooth hassle free experience!

Terrible service. We had a car reserved for 10am pickup. They hadn’t even started prepping a car - we had to wait for them to wash and clean it. You can’t just drop off at the end of your rental like every other car rental - first you must drop off during business hours (which end at noon Saturday- unless you want to pay through Monday morning), and then the drop off process took almost an hour - had to wait in line etc etc. To drop off!

They will triple charge you and then threaten you with the law to bring the car back after they’ve received insurance money and charged your card. They are crooked and evil !!!!! Do not use them for any reason !!!!!

Worst experience from a vehicle rental company that I have ever had, and I will never rent from any Hertz location ever again.
I reserved a 12-passenger van online and six days prior to when I needed it. Upon arrival at this location at my scheduled reservation time, the representative informed me that the vehicle was just returned, and it was being cleaned out. I returned about 30 minutes later only to be confronted with bad news.
"They had sold the vehicle."
Huh?!!?! If this is really the truth, how does something like this even happen. This is completely unacceptable and how do you explain the different story when I first arrived.
The representative did claim to contact other locations for availability but no luck. Thus, they offered another vehicle on site, but I specifically needed the space of the 12-passenger.
I left the location after wasting time and now having to quickly find an alternative.
Find another rental company. There are plenty of them.
